Lovely apartment with a nice sunny terrace. Very well equipped too. Our host was very flexible about our arrival time, which was messed up by trains not running, not enough information and not enough substitute buses. But we were welcomed with a smile and we were sent great information on restaurants, tipps to explore etc. And any question we had was always answered. We would love to come back but with more time.

Everything was perfect.

Hostest was super nice, the place was super new and clean. Very comfortable for a longer stay. The apartment was fully equipped with every necessity. The parking is handled by a parking card you put behind a windshield and then you can park on the blue lines. There's not any right at the apartment, but you could always find some nearby. It is also close to the train station and a lot of nice restaurants and shops nearby. You might also get a visit from some friendly cats on the yard.

Beautiful apartment in the centre of Dervio, on Lake Como. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need for your stay. It has been recently refurbished and it keeps tracks of the past use of the building as a ice house (giazzera). The hosts are absolutely lovely and happy to give suggestions of places to visit nearby. Strongly recommend, we will definitely be back!

Amazing service- they couldn't have been more helpful/ attentive/ warm/ caring (extra blankets available and showed me how to adjust the heating if I got cold), provided a bike. The apartment was exactly as shown and spotlessly clean/ comfortable. I slept so good in the bed, and was given loads of help and advice about things to do during my time. Amazing.

Everything was great, but a bin in the bathroom would be useful. :)

The apartment is modern but also very authentic, the hosts are very friendly and helpful, the village is nice. Shop, restaurants (pizza) and train nearby. The beach is also close, only a few minutes walk.

Our host's mother met us to give the keys. She is a lovely person but it was a bit difficult to communicate as she doesn't speak any English. We could somehow take care of the basics but it would be great if we could talk to each other more as we would love to ask for advice from a local person, which we couldn't. Also we were asked to check out at 10 even though it read 11 when we booked. Not a big problem for us but yeah :)

Apartment is a refurbished old house and very authentically designed. It was spotless and very large. All amenities are there. Very comforable bed. It is located in the center of the town and very close to all amenities.

Our apartment at La Giazzera was spacious, modern and very clean. We also admired the features of the old house that have been carefully preserved and gave the place character.

Since the apartment was once also a wine cellar, some smell still comes up from downstairs.

The apartment is located in the middle of the village and we picked up the keys frrom a family member. The host was very kind and helpful. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen, a living room, bedroom, a spacious bathroom and a little garden that is directly accessible. All was clean and properly prepared.

Location was perfect. Close to the train station, easy to locate, the Room is big. Pictures didn't do justice enough.. it's more clean and well organized that the pictures. Love everything tho and also the host was very caring and always in contact.. super
