The property is inside a lovely house with a personal rooms decorated with lovely design making me comfortable after a long journey. I felt I went to home and provided with all necessities I needed for travel. The B&B was close to train station and easy to find. It took me 5-10 minutes to reach the station and all recommended restaurants and bar, plus access to lake como.

For me, the bathroom was very small but the kids said, uuu...cool, how efficient they organized this bathroom...so, it's always about perspective.

It was an authentic Italian experience, in that kind of house from those wonderful small streets, with a nice breakfast, and the biggest plus was the lady who prepared our breakfast, super cool with a nice attitude with the kids, we loved her!

One of the best accommodations I had in Italy and in general! Such a cozy, comfortable and authentic b&b! We loved it! The breakfast and the staff are definitely the highlight of our stay! I highly recommend this place and hope to come again! Grazie per tutto! 🥰🙏🏽

We liked everything. The private bathroom was a bit small and required a bit of effort to use but we got used to it.

We like the stuff - they were super friendly and hard working. The location was perfect and quiet, everything was clean and breakfast was home made using fresh bread. Our host name was Giulia and she messaged us with her number and we could text her anytime we had any concerns / questions.

The town is not big, so it's only good if you want to travel around or go on activities. But at least it's not crowded.

Comfortable bed in a spacious room. Location is not too far from the train station in a tiny town. The hostess was extremely welcoming and helped with our special requests. Even prepared special breakfast and arranged everything for very early checkout.

I loved everything but since there are mosquitoes in this time of the year, we couldn't have the windows open because they came in. So maybe mosquitoes net would be great in the room since it's hot we needed the windows open.

Very nice stay, our host was very friendly and kind! Breakfast was delicious and complete, eggs, some ham or cheese, bread and cake, some orange juice and coffee. The room was clean and spacious with a large bed for 2 and 1 individual for the 3rd person. Easy to find as well. And they lend you the parking card if needed. Toilet is small but enough, for us was fine but the shower is within the toilet, it's divided by a curtain. 15 min to Varenna so it's close to get there by car.

The location is marvelous and the price for a few steps away from Lake Como is unbeatable. The host Guilia is incredibly helpful and so very kind and sweet.

Very soft matrass end creaky bed. Complicated to load and unload car with luggage dince parking is 500m away..

Interior, design, quiet room. Cosy breakfast. Guests are seated at yhe communal kitchen table where the hosts cooks eggs for you.
