There was no sign for the building that I was in the right place. Elevator didn’t work but the host did carry my heavy luggage up the stairs. Very run down building inside so you’re questioning what have I signed up for. She had sent a message but I had no service so I couldn’t reply.

Once in the room it was fine. She was kind enough to come back later when I wasn’t able to unlock the door to my room. It turned out I didn’t turn the handle enough. I think everyone thinks someone new just knows exactly how things work and they don’t. She was very kind.

The hairdryer didn't work, but then we found out there was another one in the drawer. Also the walls are very thin so when someone is in the common space, you hear every sound. Nothing earplugs couldn't fix, but I was surprised.

The apartment was nice and clean, you get your own room with a private bathroom. The bed is nice and comfy. AC works great. Great location near the Termini train and bus station, bus stop and metro is 2 minutes away. Also shuttle bus from the airport stops next to Termini station which is super close and convenient. Perfect for exploring Rome! Would recommend.

The mattresses were bad memory foam and by the middle of the night i was sleeping in a hole.

It is a little noisy with the other guests and neighbours, but it didn’t bother me as I was comfortable and cosy in my room.

The location is great and it’s a nice comfortable able space. It is also very secure, so as a solo traveller I felt safe.

The noise and rattling coming from the trains.

The location was ideal because it’s close to the train station and the bus and metro stop. On the other hand it’s not very good because the area is a bit dodgy so you have to be careful especially at night, but during the day it’s better than other guest houses nearby because it’s on a busy road with lots of restaurants. Our room was very clean and well put together, the shower was roomy and the bed so comfortable. Our hostess was so kind and helpful with everything we needed. I would choose to stay again there if I ever visit Rome again!

The area around Roma Termini is not very attractive. Lots of people on the go, so keep an eye out for safety. Once inside the building, the hallway and stairwell looks very dated. Garbage bins were located in the hallways and there was a smell, but it was not as overwhelming as others had suggested.

This apartment is located close to Rome's main train station, Roma Termini, which makes it convenient for people using public transit. The apartment itself was clean, but overall quite small. The bathroom was a good size, and we liked the fact that there was a shared kitchen.

It would have been helpful to have the name of the guest house in a prominent position on the outside of the building.

Delightful proprietor- available, helpful. The property is in an excellent location, close to all types of transport, close to cafes, supermarket, tourist spots. Very secure room.

The entrance is full of trash cans full of garbage and there is no elevator so you need to go upstairs by foot holding the luggages by own.

Great to have a private en-suite. Shared kitchen facilities were useful. Good location for train station (Roma Termini) and to walk to the famous attractions.

The view from the room is not good at all, the street is a bit crowded and dirty, you are pretty much confined to the room as it's a shared house. But compared to prices of other properties, think it was value for money.

Rooms were clean, location is good as it's hear the train station. Has some facilities (shared) that came useful such as washing machine, fridge, microwave etc.

The location is great, very near Roma Termini. Restaurants are downstairs Although it was so small it has a kitchen with stove, microwave & fridge. The bedrooms and communal area were kept clean & tidy. The rooms were very small, we barely can open our suitcase on the floor but it is not a problem for us. I'm writing it here so anyone else will have a rough idea if they have a lot of luggage. The toilet is clean. The host is friendly too!

The room is small, but nothing important , since we were all day outside.

Everything good! The room was clean and it has everything you need: shampoo, body gel, hairdrier. There is a shared kitchen with stoves microwave and fridge, and you can use it to cook or make a tea or coffee. The quality/price was very good.

1)It is relatively close to the rail station which is very convenient if you travel by train. However, after closing time of the restaurants and shops, it has a feeling of not being very safe(eg. if you return from drinks on foot after 11pm). 2) I found it quite expensive...However I found everything in Rome quite expensive!

Our host was always available and friendly. The room with the bathroom is nice, although quite small- in Rome you are always on the move so it doesn't really matter!

Actually it is a shared flat, although you will have a bathroom in your room. Tiny, 19 inch television, without channels, lack of proper wifi signal. It's not a good thing to go back to a lodge late night and hearing the laugh and talk from the neighbour, without television, or youtube. Perhaps it's just my problem.

Very kind and helpful staff, comfortable room and bed. Very clean. Brilliant location.
