We didn't realize rooms had kitchens, so we were unsupplied with breakfast stuff the first morning. So be sure to bring what you want for breakfast, plus any other meals if you want to eat in your room or in the lovely outdoor areas of the property.

We wished we could have stayed longer here. This is a charming hotel / inn set in the countryside outside Sienna. From the main road, you drive up a dirt road that makes you wonder if you are going the right way, but there are signs to confirm it is correct. Arriving at their gate, you finally enter the property, with incredible views of Sienna in the distance on one side, and on the other a vista of Tuscany hills. The property is gorgeous. Our room had a full kitchen which we didn't realize until arrival, so bring your own food items for breakfasts, lunches, dinners or whatever. The parking lot for visiting Sienna (no cars allowed in the city other than residents) is a 10 minute drive. The hotel is perfect for visiting nearby Montepulciano, Montalcino, Pienza, and other parts of Tuscany on day trips, with those wine-tasting cities just 30 to 45 minutes away.

Would be great to have some kind of breakfast basket since is a bit far from the city. A lot of noise from the top floor can be heard in the downstairs room, we woke up the 2 mornings with noise from walking and suit cases rolling.

The accommodation was really amazing - very close to Sienna and overlooking the Tuscany hills. We had an entire separate house for us with a nice veranda with great view.

Coffee pods and machine might have been old. funny taste but not a huge deal at all.

Limited hot water and shower pressure wasn’t great.

Beautiful, panoramic views of the Tuscan hills. The pool was great and the main building was rustic but very well kept. The apartment itself was very clean and well stocked. Only a 5 minute drive from Siena (once we figured out the best route)! The staff were also very helpful and knowledgeable of the local areas and amenities.

It was wonderful. Been traveling for 3 weeks prior and was our favorite with the most comfortable beds all trip. The views, the pool were so nice to come home to at the days end. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The walk from the bus station to the house at night didn't have any light so it could be scary and dangerous.

The view from the whole place was amazing. We could see the sunrise and sunset above the hills of Tuscany and also Siena.

Shower is a bit tricky with hot water. But if you wait for a couple of minutes after opening the water it heats just fine

Location is beautiful. A villa 5 minutes from stores and super markets. Very close to Sienna city center. Large estate but not too large Hosts are very hospitable and helpful Rooms are of nice size and beds are very comfortable.

We were close to Porto Tufa and could drive close and park. It was quiet and had nice views. I wish we had more time to spend at the beautiful swimming pool. The kitchen was stocked with dishes and pans. There’s a locked gate to enter the property.

This property was stunning! Once you pull in and start to explore you realize what a special place this is. The pool was beautiful with comfortable chaise lounges and ample tables. We actually spent an afternoon in the sun and just brought a bottle of wine down and some snacks. It was so relaxing. The views, trees and plants were all beautiful. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment on the ground level. We knew it was described as rustic and it was but the bed was great! I’m sure it could use a little TLC but it’s an old place so some quirks are to be expected. We loved our stay and having a rental car was needed. We explored the surrounding towns, did a 9 hour wine tour and loved some restaurant recommendations that Andrea gave us.

We were truly happy with our stay. The pool and the garden and the staff were amazing. We had one of the smaller apartment but it suited our needs and had a nice view. We had everything we needed and slept well. We absolutely loved the pool area and the garden. Enjoying the pool area during the day and having dinner in the garden at night was the highlight of our stay in Tuscany. 100% recommend and will definitely be back :)
