Sandro, the owner and host, was charming and most considerate. The seven ladies on his staff, whether they were cleaners or chefs, were all super friendly and helpful. The historic building has been beautifully restored and is located in the countryside above Folognia in the center of Umbrian hill towns. Topping it off were the lambs, sheep, goats, cats, chickens, and goose in the barnyard. Breakfast was the same daily but was high quality and included the best cappuccino and cafe Americano of our trip. Saving the best for last was the dinners which were 4 course gourmet meals with excellent wines produced on the farm, all at a very reasonable price. Don't hesitate!

One of the rooms seems to be smoked in. A very bad smell of cigarette smoke.

We stayed here as it was close to the beach. We were greeted by owner and she was very helpful in explaining everything. We were a bit worried about getting an Uber or taxi from location for our next day flight as it was very early morning flight (7am). She helped us book a taxi with one of her contacts which was a huge help. The beach was in walking distance. The rooms were great and very clean. Bathroom was clean and had everything you need. We would stay here again.

We couldnt find a property in rome at short notice, but it turned out this was a great place to stay and we had a car to get around. Very peaceful and the room was very nice and comfortable. The host was amazing and was waiting for us on arrival.

Accommodation were great! A Little confused on how to get to the property. Totally my fault for not getting detailed directions. A local helped me find it. Not far from Stella Polare station but not advisable to use train station to travel there if you have heavy luggage. Lots of steps at each station with no elevator.

Super clean accommodations. Helpful staff! Felt super safe as a solo traveler! Would totally stay again. Everything you need is in walking distance. Close to the shore. Prime place to stay in the area!

Perfect location (walking distance) in between the Train Station and the Beach. Building has an elevator and room was perfect, small but very cozy with private bathroom!! Jessica, the host, was extremely friendly and gave all the local must see advices, she even coordinated a shuttles transfer to the airport for me.

I was transiting Rome Airport and required a room for the night. Unfortunately all places were booked out. I had problems with the Rome Fiumancino taxi as they refused to take me to Lido di Ostia as could not make a large fare, say to Rome (€50). I argued with the taxi drive and arrange €30 fare. Il Mare di Rome is approx. 8km from the airport and not many transport options. The Host met me at the entrance and during checkin, arrange private taxi for 04:30am pickup who arrived before time. Cost €45. Take into consideration that the additional taxi fare adds to the room rate.

The private Host are amazing. My flight was late and I missed the check-in time of 19:30. I emailed the Host and they quickly replied with instructions. After hours checking fee €20.

Very good location close to the train station and the beach. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. Room was clean and everything was exactly as per provided description. Coffee and tea available in the kitchen.

I should have found out more about where the shuttle driver would be at the airport. He waited for 2 hours before leaving and I walked up and down the taxi and shuttle stops for 2 hours before deciding to catch a bus to Station de Lido and taking a cab from the taxi cab office at the station. I Also appreciated that Jessica was willing to arrange a time to ensure that I could access the apartment. Unfortunately, I was unable to use my phone unless I was attached to a wifi. As such I wouldn't have been able to have called her when I got to the address. The patio facing toward the beachview was impressive.

The administrator (Jessica) offered a reasonable rate and access for a shuttle from and to the airport. I like the distance from the sporting center and to the Lido Station. I followed the bus stops to walk to the station without assistance as it is difficult to find/understand addresses.

Bed was uneven and bedlinen was low quality.

Location to beach and Metro were excellent. Beautiful large balcony to enjoy sea breeze. Rossana, the property manager, was fabulous. She helped organised shuttle transport to/from airport, and offered local knowledge. As our flight put of Rome was in the evening, Rossana accommodated us with late check out and baggage storage. She was happy to help and responded to text messages promptly and kindly. Shuttle bus drivers were helpful, especially with assisting my mother and her sprained ankle.

Plenty of options to choose for breakfast, very good coffee, I really liked the window shades. Quiet rooms. Location is near both to the beaches and to the Stella Polare train station.
