The owners and caretakers of this gem of a B&B go the extra mile (or rather kilometer) to make the guests' stay an exceptional experience. They care about the guests and provide thoughtful amenities -- snacks, drinks, toiletries, Monterosso info, etc. The location was great...on a quiet street, yet near the main pedestrian area. An easy walk from the train station (about 10 minutes) on accommodating streets and pathways, the most luggage friendly you will find in Cinque Terre! Excellent shopping and many, many restaurants nearby. The room we had (Deluxe Double) was large yet cozy, with ample storage. The updated bathroom had a lot of storage space and was particularly roomy. The garden area for breakfast is gorgeous. The lemons, limes and oranges, plus flowers were a delight! Tables were spaced nicely for privacy. We were given a menu to fill out the day prior for our breakfast selections each day. The choices were abundant and the food was tasty. We had breakfast in our room on a rainy day, which was also very pleasant. The room was so clean and comfortable, and it even had a ceiling fan.

Just the most comfortable and loveliest place I’ve stayed. We stayed in the Golden Suite which had everything, including plenty of room. Such thoughtful hosts who have thought of everything. We had to check out very early on our departure day, and they made sandwiches and packed us off on our journey with such care. Private garden for breakfast was a real treat.

This place is extraordinary. Everything about it is perfect. The golden suite is very beautifully furnished with an exceptional antique bed head and dining table and chairs and chaise. The bar fridge is large and stocked with drinks. Which are free. This is refilled daily. Fruit, chocolates and biscuits are also provided Fausto and Mariapia are wonderful hosts. They are so friendly and welcoming. May, the housekeeper is amazing. The rooms are cleaned daily and the bed is turned down in the evening. Beautiful beach towels are provided in a beach bag and replaced when used. The mini fridge also contained Mariapia’s home made limoncello and orange liqueurs. The highlight is the walled garden with tables set at discrete distances amongst the hydrangeas, azaleas, fruit trees etc. You may use the garden at any time. Breakfast is served in this garden by May and her helper every morning. There is so much choice. The property is in walking distance from the train station which has lifts. There are no steps up to this property .

Breakfast was great, location is great. The small garden is amazing. The staff is very attentive and takes great care to clean the room regularly. We enjoyed our stay greatly. The limoncini in the minibar was an amazing surprise.

We had an amazing time at Il Giardino Incantato. The staff were absolutely wonderful and the breakfast in the garden each morning was such a beautiful way to start the day. The accommodation was in a very central location and it was easy to access all the places we wanted to visit. Thank you!!!

It was perfect!!!

Everything was perfect, highly recommended. Great beds, very spacious, comfortable and clean room. Quiet yet close to everything.. Fabulous location in old city, close to Beach, restaurants and shops around the corner. Full breakfast is such a spoil in their beautiful garden is included and compliment bar fridge with home made limonchello. A 10* accomodation in beautiful Monterosso.. Lovely historic home and accompanying garden to take in breakfast. Property is majestic and immaculately taken care of. Excellent location with warm and inviting owners and staff. This is our second time in Italy and this is my favorite property and town. Would highly recommend.

There was not one thing we didn’t like. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Everything was perfect. They thought of everything; they even had toothbrushes and beach towels! All you would need to bring is your clothes. Stocked minibar with snacks. Breakfast was AMAZING in the garden; so much delicious food! Hosts were friendly and accommodating. Property is in the best location. Off a small alley in the middle of town, close to the beach. The garden was our favorite place! Felt like a little sanctuary in a busy town. Would never think to stay anywhere else but here.
