Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

SerbiaRestaurant for breakfast is undersized - not good experience when the hotel is full - and Milan hotels are always full. Amenities, furniture, bathroom... pretty worn out. No slippers, no bath-robe. The 4 star classification of the hotel is not realistic, 3 star is more realistic rating.

Great value for money hotel with, a fair breakfast, The front office manager is a top man who helped in making this holiday fantastic. Standard rooms are quite poor but higher categories are much more worth it, very good local supermarket 5 min away, bus station 6 min walking from the hotel that takes you everywhere. took a walk to the Central station for 25 min.

We arrived in the morning and the check in staff was kind and let us in the room.It was a very nice room, on the first level, facing a small garden, with bloomed trees. The room had a king size bed, TV and fridge, which was very well. I had to pay for the breakfast, it was a continental one, with a large variety of hot and cold dish. The location was easy to find as soon as U found your way round.

United KingdomThe bathroom is a little tired in style. We got our bedding/towels changed after one day, which seemed unnecessary. The second set of bedding we got had a dodgy stain on it… The drinks for the minibar are quite expensive. Also the location of the hotel is quite out of the way from everything.
Very nice building and comfortable lobby. The room was clean and comfortable. Food was great at the hotel restaurant and the little waitress who tended to us was very sweet.

PortugalTwo ladies causing drama during check in and during breakfast. Staff should impose themselves and not allow clients to act like that, shouting and speaking loudly during breakfast time. One of the clients was seen stuffing lots of croissants, yogurts, cheese, jam and fruits in her bag. I could see staff and clients were uncomfortable but no one said anything.
Breakfast was nice and diverse. Room was cosy and everything seemed fine. The guy and the lady at the reception were nice. They gave us a voucher for a free drink but we didn't have the time to use it. Maybe next time we go to Milan.

United KingdomBreakfast was varied as a continental goes but not fully to our taste. We managed toast and cold meats/cheese most mornings. Coffee and pastries were fabulous.
Great location not too far from metro stations and short trip to main train station. It is in a mainly residential area and we felt safe walking about.
