The host didn't know English and it was a little bit difficult to find the location. There were a lot of mosquitos in the apartment.

There were quite a lot of mosquitos and could do with some extra pillows. All in all it was fine though, these weren't big problems and we had a lovely stay.

Lovely area, nearby local friendly shops. Quieter than Venice, which suited us, but quick and easy boat links to the main sights. We really enjoyed the few days in Murano.

The only thing we've noticed was that the bed were a little wobbly and the cleanliness could be improved a bit, as some of our things fell behind bed and we've found some dust.

Nice place for a short stay. We've found everything we could need and really enjoyed the location. The place was nice and spacious.

There’s nothing bad to say about the property

the property is exactly next to the canal. the house has everything you need to spend a really good time with the family. The owner from the house is really helpful and always there for anything you need.

Most equipment in the property is at the "value" end of things, from bendy knives to the clothes rack, but I guess that's difficult to avoid in a holiday property. The kitchen would benefit from a few more cupboards or shelves, which could be put up along the wall around the sofa. Communication with the host is in Italian, no problem with Google translate, just to be aware of. You have to pay tourist tax (3-6 EUR/day per person depending on season) in cash. That's the same for all properties in Venice, again just to be aware of.

Amazing location. Murano is lovely, much quieter than central Venice, but only 15 min on foot + 15 min by boat away. The property is right on the canal, all rooms (!) have a window directly onto the canal. Beds are comfy, the master bedroom is large, the second bedroom ok sized. Pickup of the key from the key safe was straightforward. The host is super helpful and nice, we asked for a kettle, and she brought a new one within an hour or so. We stayed in December, it was really cold outside, but nice and cosy in the house. The little cafe across the bridge is great for a morning coffee.

Great location. 5 minutes to work to the nearest waterbus stop- Murano Museo. Very quite location. There are everything you need in the house, very fast WiFi over 300mbps, TV, Iron, hair dryer, towel. There are all the kitchenware that you can cook in the house. Supermarket Coop is 5 minutes walk away. The host Michela is really responsive with our questions and very helpful. She gave us a lot of helpful information and even helped us to book a restaurant on our last night. To find the property, you can search House on the Water with the address provided on google map. I am not usually one to post a negative review, but...everything seemed dated. There was rubble by the entrance to the place and a sort of cement table outside the entrance door with one of its legs broken off. The apartment looked like a lean-to extension from the outside. Not a great first impression. On entry, the kitchen / living room area was dark and uninviting. There was an old couch facing the kitchen table. In the main bedroom, the duvet had no cover and the mattress was poor quality. The single bed in the main bedroom had no cover on a stained pillow. In the bathroom, the toilet seat was cheap plastic and not secure. One 'curtain' was supported by a nail on either side and kept falling down when we opened the window. There was a bad smell outside when we ran the water. I have to say that there were also inexplicable noises in the apartment during the night which kept us awake! Overall, this place has not been well looked after. You are really paying a lot for the location on the canal. I am attaching some pics.

Located right on one of Murano's canals. The roofing seemed fairly new. The shower and wifi were good. If you had a family or group of five people it had adequate room, if not comfort. I hope that the owner invests in several upgrades, as it could be nice.

There was only a two seater settee, so other guests had to sit at the table. Location is quiet, so everywhere was closed when we arrived late

No restaurant shops open in the island after 9.30

Clean property but the location specified is incorrect, commute from Venice is 30 mins via boat and after 10.00 pm you cannot enter the island as there are no service

Was a bit hard to communicate with the host as it was always in Italian so I had to copy the text into Google Translate each time. There is only one air-condition located at the outer door (kitchen) so you can't close the doors into the two bedrooms if you would like to get any benefit from it. The beds could be better as they were squeaky which didn't suit me. We tried the coffee that was provided with the Moka pot and it was completely undrinkable. We bought new coffee but that only helped slightly.

I liked the location. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. The apartment was clean. We went to the restaurant "Osteria Al Duomo" that is nearby a couple of times that I would recommend. They even offer take-away.

The place is comfortable and homely but slightly dated, new furniture and or bed sheets would be an improvement. Also in many homes/apartments we have stayed some basics are included such as coffee, cooking oil etc this would be a really nice touch, we stayed two nights and buying these for such a short stay is impractical and wasteful. Overall a pleasant stay.

The place was clean and comfortable and the owner was helpful, good WiFi and the bed was comfortable. Good location in Murano.
