A bit expensive but well worth it.

Location is in the center of everything you want in Florence. A block from the Basilica of San Lorenzo, and right next to incredible shopping. Perfect setting. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The breakfast was amazing, the staff was extremely helpful, the rooms were large and beds comfortable. Couldn't have asked for more.

This hotel exceeded all our expectations - the staff could not have been more welcoming and friendly. Providing the very best in customer service & having an attention to detail that is second to none is clearly their priority. We were thrilled to receive an upgrade upon arrival & the junior suite allocated was absolutely beautiful! The hotel is immaculate & in an amazing position - just a two minute walk from The Duomo. We even purchased the Acqua di Elba room fragrance on display in the reception area just to remind us upon our return home & were delighted to receive some free samples & a small gift as a result of mentioning the hotel at the shop. If you are coming to Florence, this hotel is an absolute must - you will not be disappointed! Thank you so much for a truly wonderful stay, we will definitely be returning!!!

The only bad thing is the spa was too expensive (almost 100 euros per person for wine and strawberries, a bath, a sauna to be enjoyed for an hour. NO MASSAGE!) and the drink bar can only be refilled once per day.

Started off immediately with a complimentary cup of Prosecco with a nice buffet included. The staff was very kind, the breakfast was crazy good. Not only that, the bathroom's shower pressure was extremely high and felt really good.

Great location, comfortable bed and amazing breakfast buffet. The staff here are very kind and helpful. We really appreciated the refilling mini bar as it allowed us to have lots of water during the hot summer days. Also the aircon was very nice and worked well. We enjoyed our stay and definitely would recommend this hotel.

the breakfast was 10 out of 10 , the staff where excellent, Room was big and the bathroom was fantastic the location was excellent to all sights in the city . I would fully recommenced this hotel to friends and family and would come back again and stay.

The location of this hotel is amazing! The staff and room were above and beyond my expectations! I don’t think I could of pick a better hotel for my first stay in Florence. Not only did they upgrade my room .. I was always greeted with the most friendly staff members. The housekeeping was also extraordinary… I will always appreciate the people that have to pick up after me! Didn’t get the breakfast but will definitely do it the next trip!

I requested 3 beds for the junior suite , but upon my upgrade to master suite, I got only 2 beds. Storage in main bedroom was minimal.

Hotel located in great location. Room spacious , renovated. Amazing shower and bathroom facilities. Breakfast is great- everything you may want is available, even crepes.

Enjoyed everything about this hotel! There was a long happy hour with food buffet, a huge breakfast buffet, comfortable beds and large bathroom. Very helpful staff!

Nice size room - high ceiling makes it feel even larger. Cleaning staff is very efficient - thank you. We really enjoyed the fabulous breakfast with plenty of offerings. Service was always awesome there, and the host at breakfast is particularly kind and attentive. The free glass of prosecco/cup of coffee with accompanying small buffet at the bar was a nice touch, too.

Fabulous hotel right in the heart of Florence, yet on a street that is quiet at night. The rooms were great, the hotel staff very pleasant and an excellent breakfast. Best air conditioning of any hotel we have stayed in and the weather while we were in Florence was in the mid 30's.

Such a pity that the breakfast room located on the top floor had no view.
