had a wonderful experience! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the friendly and professional staff who made check-in a breeze and were always ready to assist with a smile. The room was good not a small one immaculately clean, and well-appointed, with all the flat TV, The bed was comfortable, and the décor was not old and tasteful, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The location of the hotel is fantastic, situated in a vibrant area with plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Even though the hotel doesn’t offer breakfast, it wasn’t an issue at all as there are numerous great dining options nearby. I particularly enjoyed exploring the local cafes each morning for a delicious start to the day. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the area. the metro and the central train station is close you can reach by walking.

The bathroom was a little small, and the tap opened a little hard in the sink.

For the price it was ok. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. We stayed one night, for that it was a good choice.

Staff didn't speak very much English, looks like staff was underqualified and hired only to be awake during the night but not to interact with customers. We booked 2 rooms for 5 people but it was super expensive. Compared to what we got, I would rather sleep near the airport and then come to visit Milan.

Bathroom was renewed, however the conditioner didn't work. It was clean. Looks like a good neighbourhood close to the station.

I was so tired from all day walking around that when I arrived to the hotel, I only wished to take a shower and go straight to sleep. The bed was comfortable.

The room is noisy at night as the room is facing the courtyard where you can hear loud noises from neighbors throwing their rubbish in the bin every now and then. They do not have coffee or tea kettle in the room nor water is not given once you check in or all the days you stay with them. You need to purchase the water. The tv only provides italian languages, no option to choose for english channels. You also have to use the narrow stairs to go to your room. The smell of the room is not nice probably as it is near the courtyard with the bins and the restaurant below.

Nothing I like about the room it was very noisy on the days that we were there.

Wish I had access to a kettle and fridge. However, the front staff were happy to give me hot water when I asked and I made my own tea/coffee. There needs to be a shelf in the bathroom near vanity.

Price was good, bed was comfortable and great shower. Great block out shutters on windows. Although I faced the street and tram line I found it reasonably quiet and very easy to sleep.

My stay at Hotel Siena in Milan was satisfactory for a short visit. Its proximity to the train station was convenient for my travels. The hotel was clean, and the staff was helpful and accommodating.
