Absolutely loved the old world charm of this hotel. We had a an amazing view and the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating.

My only issue was the shower in the bathroom which let down the otherwise fabulous facilities.

Breakfast and service was friendly and helpful. Loved the authenticity of this hotel and would absolutely recommend.

Nothing! Fantastic property!!

The pictures of this hotel do not represent how cool this hotel is on the inside. Rooms we great. The concierge was fantastic, especially helping with storing our bags. The breakfast was the favorite for our teenaged boys. All staff we interacted with were fantastic. Located a few blocks (2-3 minute walk) from San Marco Square.

Breakfast bacon looked like it was fried and had a ton of oil in it - nice tasting but a bit off putting and not in tune with the quality of other food served in the buffet. Our bedroom window overlooked the emergency stairs that, unfortunately, were quite noisy around 8 am everyday.

Great location, facilities and service; staff at reception were not too friendly but correct, professional and polite at all times. A shout out to Valeria at breakfast who went the extra mile to ensure we were comfortably seated and served our hot drinks promptly - always with a wide smile, Thank you.

My only complaints would be that I would have liked fluffier pillows and the pancakes at breakfast were served cold.

Air con could not be regulated from the room- only found out on last day that Reception can regulate it remotely - Wish had known that earlier as has a few very hot nights!!!!!!

Staff service was exceptional, especially the reception & Concierge staff. The Breakfast was fantastic. The Location was top notch. Really loved this hotel, cannot recommend highly enough.

Great central location. Friendly staff. Awesome hotel. Vintage decor. Great breakfast and hotel bar. Easy to get too from San Marco water bus station if you have luggage or you can take a water taxi directly to the hotel. You won’t be disappointed with this hotel.

The breakfast was excellent in terms of variety and quality :) The location was perfect and close to everything. Our room is big enough as a family room. Cleanness was great, they cleaned and tidied up the room more than once per day! even though it was not necessary. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the breakfast staff :)

Beds super comfortable. The location was perfect for visiting Venice. The concierges were so helpful to guide and had great restaurant recommendations. We also limed the rooftop terrace- perfect for evening drink after dinner. There were also lots of gathering places within hotel. Breakfast was really good and capuccinos were the best. Loved our stay and would highly recommend!

There’s nothing I can immediately think of that I didn’t like.

This is my second time staying at the hotel and I’m so pleased it’s just as great (if not better) than my first stay! The staff was welcoming and helpful; the accommodations were clean and comfortable; the restaurant team was also extremely warm and welcoming and the food delicious. It’s also an incredible location making it easy to navigate Venice by foot!

The beds were hard and we couldn’t open the blinds due to privacy issues (room 11). Mosquitoes were a problem in our room.
