We were pleasantly surprised with this accommodation. It is very close to the termini, to restaurants and the supermarket. Although very small , with a really small bathroom, the room was well laid out and everything worked well. (This has not always been the case in our experience with hotels in this location and price range) The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning was quiet and effective and the room was clean. Roxanne at reception was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is on the 5th floor and there is a lift although very small and very slow.

There is a train station just outside the building, strange people were screaming at night and sleeping just next to the hotel on the ground.

Very close to the train station, around 5-10 min walking. If you have a train early in the morning it is a great option. It is also walkable to the city center. Amazing staff, very helpful. Once you are inside, you feel safe.

An old building, an old lift, but it's not unusual. The room needs an update. There was no instruction send how to get into the building, there was some men standing outside the door, so they let us in. There was an air conditionier in the room, but there was no remote. It was a late night, and we didnt find anyone in the registration so we went to sleep, and it was verry hot. In the morning we asked for a remote, and they gave us, but still... The night was not very comfortable.

The Apartment is in good location, 2 minutes from Termini station. Very clean, the room was cleaning, and the towels were changed every day. Quiet room.

The bed wasn't very comfortable and the building was a little run down on the stair well getting up to the hotel.

There where people sleeping in the stairways at night. Our room had much worse standard then you could read out from the pictures. The safetybox was small and did not work.

The area around the hotel is not very safe, so, please be careful with your valuables when you are around the hotel.

I have been a guest of this hotel for a few times and the last one has been the best. I had a newly renewed room, very spacious and comfortable with new furniture and very clean. Personnel is very nice and generally courteous. The hotel has a perfect location in the middle of the city and adjacent with the main train station.

The service is very uneven. The morning staff is very friendly whereas the late night staff couldn’t care less. The lobby of the building is lined with trash containers along with a homeless person sleeping on a metal bed board (trash is emptied in the morning). The small elevator is covered in graffiti. On my last night’s stay there was a blackout and I was in complete darkness for about 2 hours. Keep your expectations very low and it is fine. There is no fridge, safe nor coffee/tea making facilities in the room.

The best selling point is the location, which is a 2-minute walk to Termini station and near many shops and supermarkets. The double room is clean, spacious and renovated.

Rome is dirty and unsafe these days, but Termini is one of the worst parts. Getting into the hotel felt unsafe, and the elevator is dirty and damaged. The room was ok, maybe it could look a bit more lively with more lighting, painting and a piece of furniture.

The pillow is hard as a rock and the shower takes long to hit it up. The staff has a very poor English.
