Great location, beautiful views of the lake, amazing half board offering and wonderful staff!

Our perfect luxury break. From check-in to check out. First class service. We think this was our 11th or 12th stay. This time, we travelled without our dogs, although they are welcome absolutely anywhere in the hotel. The pool is wonderful, and we enjoyed lunch and drinks in the poolside bar. We had an evening meal too, candlelight on the terrace, but we mostly walk into town for dinner. We stayed in the mini suite, which is the best room. Well be back !

The location was excellent. The front of the hotel smelled of a sweet fragrance from the flowers. The pool was very nice, as was the spa. The restaurant was also amazing and the staff were friendly and helpful. Sirmione is a fantastic place to stay.

Spiral staircase in our room proved a little hazardous for our heads and shins, as it encroached on the dressing room.

A lovely hotel, beautiful gardens and restaurant. Great location, peaceful but a short stroll to the lively town. Staff professional and friendly. We visited as a group of three couples and all really enjoyed our stay here.

Charge for the Spa facilities at Euros 25 for 3 hours was expensive. Breakfast was not more than adequate. Initial welcome was not as friendly as would expect.

Excellent location, comfortable room, nice bar, friendly staff (with one exception). Pool area is lovely and the pool service good. Unfortunately weather not too great so could not take as much advantage of this that we would have liked.

Extra cost for some breakfast items. A sewer smell in the bathroom. Smokers right below our balcony every morning with smoke coming in our room. At this time of year it would have been nice to have had a hot outdoor hot tub.

Good breakfast. A bit disappointed that omlettes, etc. were an additional cost - particularly when we had already paid top dollar for the room. Staff was outstanding - perhaps the best I've experienced anywhere. Hats off to them, particularly Elvis.

Couldn't fault anything in the hotel

Staff are amazing so helpful and rooms are very clean with great showers. Food is excellent location perfect ..a very well run family hotel with excellent staff all over the hotel .loved the family cats and pet friendly accommodation also. Totally recommend and yet again the staff made the hotel for their friendly faces and helpfulness..we will be back

Some of the hotel has been renovated but the rooms are lacking. There are some basic things that would question the rating- no water in rooms, one free tea bag, cosmetics not topped up on room cleaning, etc. The pool area and service was lovely but some items overpriced.

Lovely hotel and nice location. Would recommend using the hotel for transfer into the old city. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing!

We loved the use of the spa amenities. We booked our slot and loved the mint shower. The pool was perfect, and the onsite pool restaurant was great. Morning breakfast was really nice, the room was very spacious and very comfortable. Staff was fantastic!

Excellent selection at breakfast buffet. Room had a view of beautiful Lake Garda and large balcony. The pool and spa facilities were very nice. Hotel Olivia’s location was convenient to the historic center but far enough to be removed from noise and crowds. Hotel’s landscaping is beautiful.

The breakfast staff were most unfriendly and not attentive. Needed to keep asking them for anything and felt I was bothering them. People reserving the beds early in the morning was annoying too!

The hotel grounds are beautiful! The staff was so friendly and attentive. Breakfast was delicious and in such a lovely setting. Location was perfectly close to the main streets but far away where it was quiet and calm. Spa was lovely and such a nice way to relax!

Very welcoming and hospitable team. Incredible spa and loved the pool. Lots of sun loungers and shade if required and pool bar food, drinks and service of a very high standard. Amazing location!

Although the restaurant was stylish and atmospheric, I felt the food was a little overpriced for what you got. Also, no milk for tea/coffee in the bedrooms. But no serious complaints!

Lovely hotel in perfect location in stunning Sirmione. Really peaceful and quiet, but just a stones throw away from the hustle and bustle of the historical centre, and a tiny stroll down to the lake. Hotel staff were always incredibly helpful both before and during our stay. Room was stylish, clean and spacious. Pool was lovely and refreshing and the pool bar was wonderful. Would definitely return.
