Great location right opposite the beach. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Our second stay this year. Staff are always very helpful and the breakfasts are great.

Being Older (72) I found the bed hard. I was able to fall asleep easily to the sound of the waves but I woke up frequently during the night with a numb arm or a sore back. These were young people beds. Fair enough. But didn't suit us.

The location is incomparable. There are very few hotels like this, particularly in Italy, particu;arly at this tiome of the year (high season). Having a hotel with a balcony adjacent to a beautiful bay and swimming beach is exceptional. We have struggled to find hotels similar in France, Thailand, Vietnam, and new Zealand. The breakfat was an excellent Italian breakfast it was served by charming friendly people.

Room was extremely small and single bed was a twin size bed. However, for one night it was tolerable. I know "italian breakfast" most times consists of croissants, brioche, I would have liked to see more variety in the "other than sweet" breakfast items.

Location was perfect. Beach and Boardwalk was right outside the property. Town Square and lots of restaurants in walking distance. Breakfast was good. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Parking cost 7 Euros per day.

Minor thing showers a bit small.

The hotel is so clean, breakfast is very good, Rooms cleaned every day including fresh towels each day. Had a fab front room with balcony overseeing the beautiful bay. Front of house staff really excellent for advice about anything including ferries buses etc. Will definitely be going back next year.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The hotel is located across the street from the beach. Literally. You cross the street, go down a few steps and you can sink your toes in the sand. Our room was in the front of the house, so we had the most beautiful view from the balcony. It's so relaxing to fall asleep and wake up to the sound of waves... Breakfast was great. The only thing I missed were some fresh vegetables like cucumbers, or tomatoes or something similar. The staff was very helpful and spoke very good English.

Pillows

Breakfast was fantastic. A little noisy early in the morning with it or cycles. Pillows were not comfortable. But mattress was really comfortable. I have a sore neck so I need fluffy pillows to sleep on. Other wise a 10+

We did not find an English TV channel

Usually we only book 4-5 star hotels this is the first time we accidentally booked a 3 star hotel. Renovated hotel like new. Positive energies greeted us with a smile. They immediately took our luggage to the room and someone took care of taking the car to the parking lot. A brilliant room in its cleanliness. Spacious enough for a couple. With a balcony on the side that you can even see the sea. Very nice breakfast even though we left the next day helped us put the luggage in the car such service is not accepted everywhere and we have full experience👍🙏🏻🤗

Location is outstanding on the sea front with the sound of breaking waves. Parking was good at a price of €7.00 per 24 hours. Good breakfast, but the nearest restaurant for dinner is a ten minute walk along promenade.
