Yes, the rooms are very small. However, once you organize your things it’s not a problem. We were so busy during the day that we really only used the room to sleep.

The staff at the front desk were very accommodating. They answered all our questions and were extremely helpful. The location is ideal! You are steps away from the Duomo and other sites!

Fantastic location to see Duomo & other places in core area. The hotel was an oasis of my family for 6 days stay in Florence. Major tourist spots in 5 to 10 minutes walking distance; It really helped our family to line-up early for several reservation spots and easily came back to hotel to rest around 35 celcious degree during the trip. How great to see the Duomo first thing in the morning everyday !! I will come back to this hotel next time !

I didn’t like about the property is not enough towels and the TV was too old. But everything was fine.

I liked it about the property is next door to Duomo. I mean literally you can see the Duomo through your window and see how long the line was.

Room was secure and felt safe and good security. 24 hour front desk avail. Excellent location. Easy to walk to everything. View of Duomo from bedroom window was stunning. Lots of places to eat close by. Very responsive front desk team. Federico and Stefano went above and beyond the call of duty to assist my daughter who was travelling solo when she enountered an unsafe situation on the train on way to the hotel. Their quick thinking, immediate reponses to whatsapp messages and expert guidance ensured her safety in this situation. Customer service was outstanding! We will return to this hotel again ! Unfortunate to get a room without a view of the Duomo and the room was extremely small but that didn’t really matter as we weren’t in Florence to sit in our room for 4 days the room was very clean, bed comfortable and the bathroom was great

Absolutely fantastic hotel! I had the perfect room with amazing view of the dome. The staff members were very helpful and so nice, showed me around before showing me to my room. What a service! I love Florence and have been a few times. I have never been to this hotel before but will go there from now on when I come back!

There was nothing not to like we had an amazing stay!

Property had a perfect location was amazing. You can see the duomo wall from your room and when you walk out, you are straight into the heart of all. Everything is within perfect walking distance including galleries, restaurants etc. Staff were incredible so helpful and friendly. The hotel has an area you can sit and bring your own food like a little cafe, they also supply water both still and sparkling or coffee’s and treats. Staff were so accommodating for an entire stay helping us with anything we needed. Rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable- our best yet. Would highly recommend staying at this place it is so affordable for the location and the inclusions. Also wi-fi is fast working and great

While the room has been recently renovated, there were some significant cut corners. The skirting board was hanging away from the wall in one place and a socket in the bathroom had fallen in. While not major, they definitely influenced our score. Location is pretty amazing but very touristy.

Location is great if you have a view of the Duomo. Some of the rooms have been renovated and they look great. The staff were fantastic, incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious. There were snacks available all day and a little balcony you could stand on looking out to the Duomo from the “restaurant” area.

Perfect stay experience. Great view with perfect location. Easy to go every spot of Florence and could have a rest after wandering the city. Also they have free water, coffee and yogurt all day and that helps a lot! Nice service also! Would recommend to my friends for sure!

No soundproofing in the hotel. Can hear breakfast being set up at night and all talking in the corridor. Aircon and fridge in the room were not cold enough. Room was clean except for a couple of friendly cockroaches. No smart TV
