Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Lebanonthe service takes time for example i when i arrived and i received my room i waited for half an hour for the luggage and i also at check out i waited down at the reception for someone to bring my luggage. One more thing, i sent a message before arriving if it is possible to have early check in since i will arrive early morning and i receive a message that will get back to me but no one answered me. and when i arrived , the staff promised me to receive the room at 1:00 and i came back at 1:00 and the room wasn’t ready yet .they asked me to come after half hour and i came after one hour and the same story.
The location the property is wow , the room is amazing and Luxurious, the breakfast-and the view from the terrace and definitely the Lobby Area .

United KingdomWhilst it's a very minor comment I would suggest cold milk is served with breakfast tea (we are English!). Apart from this out stay was excellent.
Reception/concierge staff were very helpful and we had a quick check in. Room was large and bright with a very comfortable bed, good shower and lovely views across the roof tops of Venice. Food was excellent and again, staff very helpful and friendly.

The hotel is in a fabulous location and is beautiful. The balcony and the view from the room was stunning.
