The bunk bed quality is not so good. I slept in the lower bunk, a guy slept in the upper bunk. I was awakened by the noise when the guy moved his body every time. I couldn’t sleep well all the night. The locker, I suggest you must prepare by yourself and also prepare the THICK lock. Mine was too thin so couldn’t lock completely my luggage in the locker. The first day when I went out, the receptionist allowed me to leave my valuable in the counter, the receptionist understood my situation(I couldn’t lock the locker completely and also couldn’t bring my valuable with me all the day, I really appreciate it), but the second day the other receptionist said I couldn’t leave my valuable in the counter because she was not always there to keep my valuable safe. What I could do was leave my valuable in the locker(I was always worried about my valuable when I was out). That’s why I suggest you to prepare a THICK lock if you decide to stay here.

I was lucky that I got a room just for me and my cousin, however wifii doesn't work at all on the 3th floor, if you want to use wiifii had to go downstairs, the hostel looks pretty old, the lights in our room took a while to work and aircom didn't work around all. No hairdryer, I recommend it just if you take a room for yourself with the toilet

the room is for 6 bed, but there are not enough consent plug for 6, only 4 is available beside the bed the room has private shower and toilet, but the shower head is broken, hard to do shower well so i took shower at common area's one. i was okay for my morning shower, but there are only 2 for female on the 2nd flour, i think it's not enough shower room at busy time

most of places in Firenze costs me a lot, especially now japanese yen is very weak, so i was happy to get genius discount via Booking.com. it's a bit far from station: Firenze Santa Maria Novella, but quiet area without any stress for staying there are many common space includes outside, so i could have private time before i go to bed. there is a locker space for keeping stuff and bags for each parson without key, so if you are insecure, bring your padlock. it's nice that we can get free bag storage after check out(but self responsible)

This hostel is well kept and clean. Great location near the central train station and ,depending if you prefer walking or taking the public transportation, the city center is easily accessible in both ways. Hostel is clean and comfortable with nice rokokoo furniture that brings a nice touch to it. Kitchen is good and you can find an oven, stove and a washing machine!! If you need to wash your clothes, here you can do it and dry them on the little balcony next to the kitchen. Although I had nice stay of 6 nights there was a person who smoked. The smoke often spread to the hostel. This person also smoked in the toilet leaving the cigarette stump in the toilet. This was very unpleasant experience as a smokeless person. However telling about it the staff, they took care of it instantly and the problem was solved. All in all, I had a good experience in this hostel. Recommended. :)

Inside the 8-bed room there's one private bathroom incl. toilet so it can get really stressful in the mornings, one has to use other shared bathrooms in another part of the building. No curtains around the beds (that would improve the overall comfort drastically). Only some plastic utensils in the kitchen. I'd be happy with all that, but the price was extremely steep for this, regardless whether it's Florence or not.

I loved the outside garden-like seating (and the bar at night) and the neighbourhood - it is quite far from the city centre (30-40 mins walk) but I prefer staying in normal residential areas, so this was a win for me. There are some pasticcerias, restaurants and grocery shops nearby. The place felt safe - both outside and inside - for a solo woman traveller and the reception staff were nice and helpful.

1. The apartments wrote to me that I would need a personal padlock only a day prior to arrival. This put me in an uncomfortable situation of looking for a place to buy it and I spent quite some time and nerves just for the small thing that could be done by the hostel. Please, just provide lockers for the rent/with deposit at least... 2. The bed itself was fine, but not too comfortable, pillows especially.

The hostel looks modern and finely furnished. The location is quite close to the main tourist attractions, the bus stop is also nearby. The private bathroom in the female room was clean and the shower was working great. Hostel has a nice green and quite terrasse with tables. I stayed for one night and haven't tried breakfast. I also saw a separate room with washing machines and vending machines with snacks.

Could hear other guests arriving loudly at 3am (laughing, drunk, shouting etc). Could do with a noise policy so people have to be quiet after 11pm.

The location is a bit awkward to access initially. There are buses from the city but it’s impossible to know where they stop in the city. The situation is aggravated by the streets are pulled up for I suppose a new transport system .

Location is not so easy to reach in an evening - seems it is close to the centre, but it takes at least 20 mins by bus. And these busses do not go often after 9 pm, the schedule doesn't work haha

Very nice and clean hostel, cleaning is every day, comfortable bed, good breakfasts. One love is the zone outside with bar and tables where guests can have some rest every evening after all day walking )

The neighbourhood where the hostel is located is good. However, it’s quite far from everything and getting to the city centre takes 30 mins. The bathrooms had a musty odour to it

My only issue is, with the dormitory rooms, most beds only have the head along the wall, and if you are in the top bunk, the bed will shake every time you shift.

I liked how the rooms were set up, with the lockers all on one wall for easy access. I also liked how each room had a bathroom, with the showers and stalls being separated. The building itself also is gorgeous.
