Bathroom very run down and hard to keep clean and dry. Also, no option of communal bathrooms outside of rooms which makes it very hard for 6 people to use the 1 bathroom. Lots of bed bugs and mosquitos.

Decent location, far from SMN but close to a different train station, nice spacious lockers, nice staff, free luggage storage, well-stocked vending machines, nice breakfast and a great dining area.

The bedside tables are totally impractical with too curved edges making things fall off , also entrance lobby could be kept better kept

The pictures on site are far different from the reality. The mosquito nets did not working so we were bitten all over the body. The room was small and tidy as well as a bathroom. Bedsheet smells like vinegar a little bit, but it might be due to the detergents. But on this price I didn’t expect more than this.

Overall it was fine. First of all clean (they tidy the room every day instead you put the information paper at the door) and also the surrounding was nice - bar inside, the food machine. Service was good.

Only a microwave available for use, no fridge or anything. Also no appropriate plates/bowls to put in the microwave...only plastic.

Clean and spacious. About a 35/40 minute walk to the main city or it is right across from the bus station then only a 15 minute ride in. No atmosphere but a great place if you need somewhere to work as there's a big quiet area. Some staff were more helpful than others but generally they were pretty good.

The showers in our floor could’ve been a bit more private. I showered in the women’s shower but my friend said there was some mold in the men’s shower…

Room as exactly as expected, they gave us towels which was really nice. They have a pizza + drink deal for 9,90€ which was really good! Also the outside sitting area is great.

When I booked this, it said that breakfast was included. I upgraded specifically for included breakfast. It is not included and you pay 8€ separately.

The only downside was the location but it wasn’t too bad and it was very easy to get there by bus.

There was no bathroom or shower in the room and you had to share it with a lot of people. There were two showers for girls which doesn’t seem like a lot for all of the girls and they were in the same room as the showers for guys with kind of a wall between. Overall it didn’t seem like a problem but it was a little bit confusing.

For the price this hostel is really good. The staff were really friendly and always smiling.

The bunk bed quality is not so good. I slept in the lower bunk, a guy slept in the upper bunk. I was awakened by the noise when the guy moved his body every time. I couldn’t sleep well all the night. The locker, I suggest you must prepare by yourself and also prepare the THICK lock. Mine was too thin so couldn’t lock completely my luggage in the locker. The first day when I went out, the receptionist allowed me to leave my valuable in the counter, the receptionist understood my situation(I couldn’t lock the locker completely and also couldn’t bring my valuable with me all the day, I really appreciate it), but the second day the other receptionist said I couldn’t leave my valuable in the counter because she was not always there to keep my valuable safe. What I could do was leave my valuable in the locker(I was always worried about my valuable when I was out). That’s why I suggest you to prepare a THICK lock if you decide to stay here.

I was lucky that I got a room just for me and my cousin, however wifii doesn't work at all on the 3th floor, if you want to use wiifii had to go downstairs, the hostel looks pretty old, the lights in our room took a while to work and aircom didn't work around all. No hairdryer, I recommend it just if you take a room for yourself with the toilet

the room is for 6 bed, but there are not enough consent plug for 6, only 4 is available beside the bed the room has private shower and toilet, but the shower head is broken, hard to do shower well so i took shower at common area's one. i was okay for my morning shower, but there are only 2 for female on the 2nd flour, i think it's not enough shower room at busy time

most of places in Firenze costs me a lot, especially now japanese yen is very weak, so i was happy to get genius discount via Booking.com. it's a bit far from station: Firenze Santa Maria Novella, but quiet area without any stress for staying there are many common space includes outside, so i could have private time before i go to bed. there is a locker space for keeping stuff and bags for each parson without key, so if you are insecure, bring your padlock. it's nice that we can get free bag storage after check out(but self responsible)
