The hot water in the shower kept going, most of the time the water was cold.

Room was very comfy, place was safe, ideal for a couple, breakfast included with variety of food all day long, not only during mornings.

only small gripe was we had booked 9 rooms, but they were split over 2 buildings which did not know about till arrived however they were in next building, but did not spoil whay we thought

The facilities were as per description/photos , very clean and helpful staff . The entry information was first class and owners were always available to help

The room was clearly lacking maintenance, there was a fridge inside the room which didn’t work. There had been some moisture problem and it wasn’t well fixed (see pictures). Overall it was ok, but I was expecting a bit more for the price.

Everything was clean, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was fair, but it was what I expected when I read previous reviews.

The breakfast could vary, as there mainly sweet things.

Good location, we could walk to the downtown. The place was clean and warm (we were there in December), coffee any time. Supermarket, and lots of restaurants in the neighborhood.

However, the breakfast’s simplicity didn’t align with the room’s price tag, and the absence of bread throughout our stay was disappointing. The building’s age resulted in substantial noise intrusion from neighboring apartments and the street, affecting the overall tranquility. In essence, despite these drawbacks, the hotel’s convenience factor significantly contributed to an overall pleasant stay, enhancing the experience despite some minor inconveniences.

The property showcased an ideal location near key tourist spots and the metro, making exploration effortless. The modern room, despite being in an older building, was a comfortable retreat. The daily room upkeep and the accommodating staff, especially with an early check-in, were commendable.

The wifi wasn’t phenomenal in the evenings when I’m sure everyone was using it

The location was good as there are bus stops right outside and it’s about 30 minutes to the main places you’d want to go. (Like Trevi fountain area) My pillow was the greatest thing ever The food bar was great to pick up a snack

Breakfast was not acceptable. very limited with cakes, biscuits and mainly sweets. Same cake, flange and biscuits were the for our time we were there. Cereals were stale. Really shouldn't be advertising this as breakfast. Coffee pods are ok

The shower was from the ceiling, so you couldn't take a shower without washing the hair. Very poor breakfast. At least some bread to make a tost It's good to be informed that the reception is on the first floor of via nomentana 77.

The breakfast was too much sugar and very limited with no multiple choices ! You should also pay for towel replacement which was also inconvenient.

The property was very well located next to the main busses and not far from the center, the staff was helpful even online ! You feel their presence even if you don't see them ! We loved the instructions sent on whatssap to find the location / open doors / go through the old elevator ! We loved the adventure it looked like an escape room game 🤣 !
