Your site didn't note the free airport shuttle isn't 24/7...big reason we booked. Ended up spending close to $100 € on round trip Uber fare. If I had booked closer, fare would have been much less. Additionally, bathroom had mold and broken shower tiles. They also had very limited food service and nothing close by.

First 1 night stay we were given a large double bed although we asked for a twin. The room had seen better days, flaking from the ceiling. No plug for the bath, wc was stained.

Location to train station. Patio area at the back of the hotel. Free airport shuttle bus to and from airport.

We stayed here twice. No coffee machine in the room the second time we stayed. And the room we had the second time was not in as good condition as the first room.

The airport shuttle was convenient and on time. The location was great for traveling to Venice because the train station is right next to the hotel. The staff was very accommodating to bicycle travelers like us. Storing our luggage for an extended time. Great breakfast.

Room decor is a bit dated and could do with updating. Apart from that, nothing to really complain about. Would I stay there again? Yes I would.

Staff were very friendly, courteous and accommodating. Had a problem with a room upgrade that we had opted for on booking. com which the hotel hadn't been informed about. But the staff handled the problem very efficiently and found us a larger room the next day as it became available and also discounted the price for the mix up. Hotel location is about 20 mins away from Venice centre but the hotel is conveniently situated next to a train station.

Hotel is at perfect location just out of the highway. Sufficient parking overground and in underground garage. Train station just adjacent to the hotel to catch the direct train to Venice Terminal station.

After communicating with 2 people before my flight arrival, there was no driver there from the hotel and no one responded to my messages. Eventually, I got a ride to the hotel and appreciated it. The gym is just okay.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was large and clean. The breakfast had a good mix of choices.

The room we were accommodated in had shortcomings, e.g. the toilet seat was broken, the wooden door in front of the refrigerator was broken, the curtains were worn out, but the room, beds and the rest were quite decent.

Friendly staff. Dinner is great. Everything you need for breakfast. The location for a train tour is ideal.

When J booked the hotel my understanding was that it is still in some urbanized suburbs of Venice bit instead it's completely in remote village far away from civilization. The only and good connection is a railway station right to it. We needed it for just one night before going back to States but that's not any Venice if anyone wants to know.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Shuttle service was excellent and much appreciated. They even accommodated my need for transport to the airport outside of normal service time. Before my arrival I found Ruth to be very helpful and during my stay, joeseph was the perfect host. Many thanks

If you are travelling to Venice and you are looking for a hotel for your stay I would definitely recommend you to check the availability of Crowne Plaza. It is located literally at the train station of Quarto d’Altino and you can reach Venice in 20 min. The hotel offers free parking for the quests, the service is excellent and it is very clean. Breakfast was perfect, the room corresponded to the one selected during the booking process and was big enough to accommodate a family of four.

Room was hot. After we contacted the front desk twice about the temperature issue, they activated the AC via their control system for the room. In addition, the sink was slow in draining. The draining issue did not get fixed the following day, inconsistent with what we were told during my phone call to the front desk.

Shuttle bus driver was on time. I like the breakfast varieties. Servers are excellent, especially, the gentleman named, sound as "Ahsan".

Our stay in the hotel was very good. Receptionists very well support to help you in case on questions. Hotel is located close to the train station, what is very good for visit Venice city. Room was very clean. Parking place for car sis also big enough, therefore there is no problem to park your car. Breakfast & dinner were also good and delicious.
