Excellent location , the property was lovely decorated to a high standard , very authentic Italian , 2 good sized double rooms with their own bathroom , near to cafes , restaurants, 20 mins stroll to the main attractions., thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

There are practically no issues, but if I had to mention something, it would be two things: the boiler's efficiency—you can only use the shower in one bathroom at a time—and the uncomfortable furniture on the terrace. However, regarding the water, we were in Venice, so it didn’t really bother us.

The apartment has everything a family of four needs. It features comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and elegant finishes throughout. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, ensuring comfort, and there is well-functioning air conditioning in every room. The location is excellent, and the terrace adds extra space, perfect for sitting or dining outdoors.

Amazing accommodation - two double bedrooms both with ensuite, outdoor terrace area and perfectly situated in Venice. Hosts were great from start to finish and helped us make celebrating a special birthday extra special. Highly recommend. Thank you so much.

We couldn’t find the remote(s) to operate the air conditioner. So, it was a little warm inside without the windows open.

Only little thing: the shower is not very hot, it’s kind of lukewarm, it would be perfect if it was hotter and with a bit more pressure.

The apartment is incredible. We loved it so much! So clean, tidy and beautifully decorated with many curated details. The rooms are spacious, the temperature was perfect and we felt like home immediately. The location is the BEST, since it’s only a few minutes walk from Piazzale Roma. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Venice and we will be back for sure!

Wish we would have stayed longer in Venice.

Loved the location in the square in Venice. Easy access to water bus stop, many cafes, and shops all with the old world Venice charm. Croissants at the local cafe were amazing!

It’s not a dislike but as an older lady with bad knees I would have appreciated a had rail on the stairs.

The location was fantastic once we found it. It had everything we would have needed for self catering. We chose to eat out only making drinks in the morning. It was beautifully decorated

Great find in Venice. Apartment was very suitable for our stay. I would say about a 20 minute walk to San Marco Square. A nice sitting area outside that was private. Nice piazza to have breakfast, lunch or dinner. We had drinks there often, I would recommend this stay. Best way to arrive is by bus and then walk about 15 minutes to apartment.

We love the private courtyard entrance leading to the front door. The apartment had everything we need for our 2 night stay there. Will definitely return for a longer stay.

Hard to find the apartment when you first get there; perhaps emphasizing the unit number would help.

There was a flight of internal stairs between the lounge/kitchen and the bedrooms. This may be an issue for people with physical disabilities.

Henry's Heaven Apartment was located right in the centre of Venice. It was within easy walking distance of the railway station and St Mark's Square. There was a water bus stop nearby. The two well appointed bedrooms, both with separate toilets and showers, were ideal for our party of three adults. The kitchen had all that was needed to cook meals, Highly recommended.

this place is fantastic. perfect location and very classy with your own private patio. great kitchen and each bedroom was super cute had its own bathroom. couldn’t recommend it enough.

Given the heat and humidity a couple of bottles of cold water in the fridge would have been lovely on arrival. Toiletries were lovely but minimal. Only enough for one or two nights so if staying longer bring your own If staying in winter, the kitchen would not be that brilliant to relax in - we enjoyed sitting in the courtyard but it was summer. All the above points are things to note rather than real problems.

I loved the property. It was exactly what we expected and a fabulous location. Great bars and restaurants nearby. Air conditioning was great and sitting outside in the courtyard was wonderful. The bells from the church - lying in bed and listening to them was lovely. The rang at 8am every morning. (I am an early morning person so they never woke me up)

the dining area is fairly small but it doesn’t matter at all because the outside space is lovely.

Lovely large bedrooms and really nicely done with en suite bathrooms. Great outdoor patio, with table and chairs and privacy. Really clean and a lovely style but still comfortable and homely.
