Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

IrelandIf I have to be really picky the outside space was a little tight.
Such a cute apartment with plenty of space for the five of us. There was three big bedrooms, two spacious bathrooms, kitchen/dining and an outdoor terrace with tables and chairs. It was very nicely decorated thoughout. We all thought the beds were really comfortable and the property was spotlessly clean. Ivana our host was a delight! We only met her on the last day and she was such a lovely woman. Would loved to had the time to hang out with her over a glass of wine. Previously all communication was via text and she was very friendly and available. Big thanks to her for getting us out of a jam and arranging a transfer to Bosa for us. Overall couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommend.

HungaryWe spent 4 nights there and can only recommend the place. It is spatious, quiet, clean, it has a private cozy terrace and very well located, close to the center. Ivana and Vanni were amongst the greatest hosts we have ever met, helpful, always availabe and very kind (Vanni even bought umbrellas to help us out when an unexpected rain hit the town).

The property is light,airy and surprisingly cool. it is ideally located for the old historic town and harbour which is a 10-15 minute walk away. it has everything you need and the bonus of a lovely little outside shady terrace. we would definitely recommend it.

HungaryEverything was perfect. The owners are very helpful and kind, you can count on them with everything. The apartment was clean and nice and they pay a lot of attention to the details, decorations, equipments. There are 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a big kitchen with dining table, a smaller private terrace and a bigger common one, so it is very comfortable for a bigger group as well. We had a late flight with a normal check out in the morning and they let us leave our luggages in the apartment for the day which made our last day at the beach so much easier. We got a very clear and detailed description of how to get into the apartment so it was easy. There are air conditioners in every room so it does not get hot inside. We had a good time there so we'll come back when we travel to Sardegna again for sure.☺️

Everything was Perfect. Ivana is amazing host ready to help literally on everything ! If some day we will be again in alghero for sure it will be Heidis Apartment. If you are looking now for the place to stop... stop it now and book Heidis ;) everything what you need for sure already is in apartment ( 3 sunbrellas ! ) . Its a place where you are really sad that you have to leave...
