The area is very safe, quiet and its easy to get around to town or Poetto beach. The apartment was clean and did the job and Nicola was very helpful. Would recommend.

It was the perfect place to land for a couple of days. The room was neat, well laid out, spotless, and close to the supermarket, restaurant, and beach.

Everything was washed but still found some stubborn stains on the towels and bedsheets and some hair. Mattress was a bit wonky and too soft but it’s okay for short stay.

There was a little bit hard to flush the toilet as the button had to be pressed with lots of force like you have to be a kung fu master to flush it from the first attempt. I mean the girls might struggle

It’s a small room, but it cools down quickly by air conditioning which was a life saver for us. All the essentials are included, even a small fridge which is handy

Payment ended up being through Paypal due to some POS issues they were having. I would have preferred using a credit card to pay. Room furniture felt rather worn. Worth thinking about updating the desk area and potentially the flooring.

Very simple and adequate space. Quiet and private despite being literally a room of an apartment in an apartment building. Location was perfect for where I wanted to be in Cagliari. Automation of having access through key codes made it very easy. Responses to messages was quick, friendly, and efficient.

Close to a large Supermarket, a great Pub/Biergarten and multiple Bus stations. 10 min to the beach by Bus. Safe, silent day and night.

It is a personal preference, not everyone has my taste. The bed was too soft. The bidet in the toilet was not working properly, but again...not everyone uses it. it's really minor things

Check-in fully automated, very easy. Furniture is very nice and the building is very quiet. They left us water and coffee, very kind!

Had an issue with a toilet - couldnt flush it and it wasnt fixed during our stay. We had to use a bowl with water to flush toilet. Kitchen is quite poor and hard to cook anything.

This place has free parking and is in the middle between beach and city center. You have to walk like 20-25min to get to the city center and the same to the beach.

Guesthouse Luisella is located in a great location, there is a supermarket & restaurant very close to the building. Beach is also close to the building, approximately only ~1.5km. I really enjoyed my stay there, the room was clean and well equipped when I came there.

Fridge was off on arrival which wasn't that much of a problem. Dried it and it worked fine. Tap in bathroom was a little loose and so when opening it turned on fully most of the time and got wet a little.

Lovely place, clear instructions for how to access. Lovely walk into town if you follow the cycle path, ignore google. Very good wifi. Exceptional shower, what a treat, has side jets. Excellent aircon. Definitely would stay again. Easy parking.

the only thing disturbing was the noise from the fridge, but I actually turned it off till the morning and slept well.

room is not big but everything is well thought. location is very good, supermarket in 5 mins by foot. great value for money. the host was super kind to help with leaving luggage before and after check-in.

Nicola is a great host. He's really helpful and let us leave the luggage in the apartment before the check-in and even after the check-out because we had an evening flight. The beds are really comfy and there's everything you might need in the room (small fridge, A/C, hairdryer, bath towels, coffee maker, bottles of water). The supermarket and bus stops are really close to the apartment. There are a few straight buses from the train station so it's super easy to get there by public transport and also by car.

My only concern was the location. It was not stated that it was in a residential area. I was very confused about how it could be in the area it said. So I drove around A bit.

The room is very good although it was a bit cold and humid in November. Be careful in bathroom as the shelf under the shower is not fixed well but it is made of glass which can be dangerous when it will break (room no. 1)

The room is cosy and well designed. There is a good wi fi in the room. You can have everything what you need, additionally there is a fully equiped kichen outside the room. The bathroom is small but noce. Towels are provided. You can use also the small Green area near the house in the sunny days.

The walls were a little bit thin and our temporary neighbors were pretty loud, but we would still recommend it 100% :)

Excelent location, well connected to the beach and the center of Cagliari by public transport. The bedroom was nice and clean, easy to check in and out. The owner was really nice as well.
