Illaria and her daughter were amazing! Ponctual, gave me tips where to eat and how to reach the airport. Everything was clean and organized. They have smart TV and air conditioning. I would definitely come back if I needed a place to stay near to the airport.

The bed is so small😁

The property manager came to pick me up at the airport, without a fee. That was remarkable. She was quite courteous, friendly, always smiling. The property is sparkling neat and clean; located a few minutes from Fiumicino airport, and in a very secure location.

The location was wonderful - close to the airport, easy to catch a taxi, restaurants within walking distance. We did self check-in, it was easy. The instructions were clear and easy to follow once you were at the location. We left very early, so we were unable to have breakfast, but the facility looked clean and cute!! The room was clean and perfect for our one night stay!

The hostess Aurora was my shiniest light when meeting her. She is super kind and sweet, always ready to help! After a hard traveling, she offered me coffee and croissant that made my day, I honestly wanted to cry! Also, as I arrived earlier and supposed to wait for a long time for checking in, she offered me a room straight away, so I could rest. The place is so quite, with a small but cozy balconies and beautiful garden view. I was in a paradise!

Even though the house has good quality windows, I could hear the traffic from the road out front. If you have an early flight and need to get to bed early, it may be a disturbance.

Exceptionally clean and comfortable. The host was so attentive and helped me get from the airport to the house by bus. Great communication. Room was perfect for a short stay. Basic but tasty breakfast.

A bit of traffic noise from the street.

Despite arriving at the late hour of 2 am, I was incredibly impressed with how smooth the check-in process was. Thanks to Aurora's clear video instructions, getting through the gate and settling into my room was quick and easy. The moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by sparkling clean surfaces – a true sign of a well-maintained space. They'd even gone the extra mile to ensure my comfort by having everything I could possibly need readily available, including a thoughtful mosquito-repellent plug-in. The amazing cappuccino Aurora prepared for breakfast the next morning was the perfect way to start the day, and her generosity extended even further with a bus ticket to the airport, saving me a whole 25 euros! Overall, the experience exceeded expectations – a perfect combination of thoughtful touches, convenience, and clear communication.

Location, very clean & comfortable room, easy walk to several restaurants.. it is close to a busy intersection, but with the windows closed we couldn’t hear any outside traffic. Hosts were so very helpful, even picked up a gluten-free lunch for one of us.. breakfast items were made available to us as well and they even called a taxi.. we were very happy with our decision to stay here..

If you don't have a car, I would probably think twice about making the effort to stay here, especially if you have heavy bags or a family. The choices are an hourly bus or a very difficult to get/expensive cab (35-50e...seriously) for a 10 minute ride. It might be best to spend the money and stay at the airport.

The level of hospitality here is amazing. Aurora went out of her way to make me feel welcome at her family place even offering to come and pick me up at the airport when transportation became challenging.

Awesome host who went well out of their way to assist with anything including what to do and see around the area, how the bus system worked, extremely happy and helpful. Great location with an ATM nearby, bus stop very close by. Surrounded by many restaurants and a short walk along the river to the beach. 7 minutes to the airport and train station which made getting into the city very easy. The property was extremely clean tidy and well organised with breakfast supplied as well.

We booked last minute as our flight arrived late at night as it was delayed. We couldn't find a taxi and the owner wrote us and when we said we were looking for a taxi at the airport but there was no availability, she offered to pick us up. The shower was great and the bed super comfortable. We only stayed for one night as we had our connecting flight the next morning. We would for sure stay here again if we would need to sleep near Fiumicino airport. Highly recommended!
