Amazing property! Beautiful rooms and pool and grounds and flowers and staff! Super clean also! The location was perfect to all of the shopping. Terrace views were stunning! Breakfast was very, very good!

Extended hours at the pool and another meal and pool option if there was a wedding at the poolside.

Our stay at Grand Hotel Capodimonti was superb. Everyone at the hotel went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. We had 3 separate rooms for our family of 6 and the rooms were lovely and very clean and comfortable. We all had a terrace and a view of the beautiful gardens leading up to the cascading pool. The landscape was lush and immaculate. Breakfast was perfect. The chef was frying eggs by request daily and our assortment of fruit, pastries and other options was delicious. To say the views were amazing would be an understatement. They were so beautiful. The only thing that we were a little bummed about was the hours for the pool which was scheduled open from 10-6. We were out on day trips until at least 6:30 every day and were only able to experience the beautiful pool on our first and last days of our stay. Other than that it was fabulous. We look forward to coming back to Sorrento and staying at Grand Hotel Capodimonte again.

Everything was perfect

This hotel was beautiful. The rooms are good size and immaculate. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious and the hotel was centrally located and in walking distance to shopping and restaurants. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The room was not worth the money. We had mould on the ceiling in the bathroom above the bath. Delay on being dealt with.

The breakfast setting is absolutely gorgeous and the staff is fantastic but the food itself was bland and underwhelming. Coffee, juice and fruit were good though.

The staff was exceptionally kind, attentive and warm. The property is beautiful and close to the chaos but far enough away to feel special and not so touristy.

Sockets in bedroom could have been better and iron / ironing board in bedroom to use when required instead of asking to loan. Bottled water available in room free of charge.

Breakfast can be better, restaurant near the pool closes too early. to go to the gym you have to save a place in advance which is not convenient. The air conditioner in the gym is not working

Not sure there was anything I didn’t like.

The staff were always ready to help and very friendly. Breakfast was exceptional and always plenty of it, and setting for breakfast was wonderful. View from room looked over bay with Sorrento spread out below and Vesuvius sitting there too. Would not hesitate to recommend and if I return to Sorrento I would revisit this hotel.

Pools were beautiful but freezing cold in latter half of April. Would have loved one section heated or a hot tub to expand the season

Very comfortable bed/sheets/pillows; very nice breakfast - fruits, meats, pastries, omelette station; nightly appertivo. Easy walk into town, 5-7 minutes. Superior room was worth it.

I think the breakfast could be better considering the cost of the hotel and the fact that it is a 4 star superior hotel . I have definitely had better choices elsewhere.

Would have liked a little bit more selection at breakfast & more variety in terms of snacks/cocktails at the pool/bar. Hotel in general was very expensive (but imagine it is in line with the location average).

Hotel was stunning! Gorgeous views, perfect location (less than 5 minute walk to main street). Cleanliness was great throughout and the staff were really nice.
