Lack of Wi-Fi in rooms and common areas. WhatsApp didn’t work as no internet so could not use to contact management. No real coffee at breakfast - only a broken machine and Americano.

The hotel could have been the model for Faulty Towers - the barman was even called (E)Manuel. The staff were just not in evidence - with the exception of the technicians, who were very helpful when the room safe wouldn't work. The room was tiny - we had to take turns to look out of the window.

The evening restaurant was EXCELLENT and the hotel gave residents a 20% reduction on menu prices. Why don't more hotels do this???!!! The view was exceptional - but not from our room.

There wasn't really an area and proper service to enjoy a drink outside in the beautiful gardens/terrace.

This is a stunning villa and the location is beautiful. Our room was very nice and the breakfast was excellent. Highly recommend.

The restaurant is small so reserve a table ahead of time if you want to eat at the hotel.

Room felt a bit basic and pillows were quite uncomfortable as was the bed. We were given an "upgrade" with a view on the garden but we had already paid for a room with a view and if that room was an upgrade, I wonder how the other one would have been like as ours was very basic.

Historical location with expansive grounds and a dipping pool. Extremely friendly and attentive staff.

Wonderful views looking down on the Italian countryside with Rome in the distance. The sunset is worth the effort alone to get there. The service and food is exceptional. Great breakfast too. Very relaxed atmosphere in the hotel.

Price is quite high compared to other villas in Italy. Room size is average and lighting in the room is horrendous.

The location of the villa is amidst the nature, a few hundred meters above Rome by altitude overlooking the city with lovely views. Friendly staff, everything was very well planned and executed for the wedding event.

It takes a bit more time to get around (general for the region, not the property), there were some amenities missing in the room (like electric kettle), which make it more difficult if you are travelling with a baby

Amazing views of Roman metropolitan area, very interesting historical building, really good and helpful staff, our baby was sick and they gave us a lot of help, food at the restaurant was amazing!

A lot off things

Breakfast was poor not much ,really ,eggs cold bacon cold everything was cold really ,nice hot b,fast be nice ,bar staff at wedding ,terrible ,I'm possible to get a drink all night ,on arrival.,check in was a disaster ,,no beer on arrival at bar was told we have to wait a hour ,food very good for wedding dinner ,all top notch ,n on my departure at reception ,when I went to pay my bill ,dere was 40 euros off drinks on my bill which I did not order ,asked to see receipt n young guy at reception not very knowledge, but when I queried it after going up second time ,I got my 40 euros back ,some one else ordered drinks ,n don't know who mistake ,but put them in room charge ,not just good enough ,n cudnt even get a bottle water on my departure on a bus for a hour drive ,so to you guys ,next time ye should be ready for a irish wedding

Transportation… Just getting a ride anywhere. A shuttle to Frascati a couple times a day would be great.
