The drinks at the hotel bar could be accompanied by a little aperitivo as we have seen in other 5* hotel in Sicily.

The service was the best, we came for our honey moon and we received the best care with very nice little attentions to make our stay special. The personnel also anticipated some of our needs when the weather was not good by suggesting to go their beautiful spa. It saved our morning 😊 The breakfast is also one of the best we had, a lot of choice.

There was nothing I didn’t like. Obviously if less mobile then the hills and steps could be an issue but that is no fault of the hotel.

Beds were unfortunately not very comfortable and during the stormy weather the generators were going on and off all night which caused the lights in the room to go on and off all night. Not the hotels fault, just unfortunate!

Excellent property, just outside town a little bit walk away from The center. Very clean, great service, nice pool, excellent breakfast, beautifully decorated, picturesque views.

Everything looked new , they are definitely keeping up this hotels interiors appearance on the regular .

So beautiful ! Very next level . I had a glitch in booking my dates that they were able to accommodate me another night at my same rate . So grateful and took all the stress out of scrabbling to relocate for another night .

Only thing: The facade needs a renovation that is coming next year and the Gym needs a couple of more training machines (running, biking…)

We loved everything of it. It has probably been the best holiday experience in many 30 years travelling. Location, Sea View, Room, Food, Restaurant… Everything. But the most important has been the service: VIRGINIA (incredible host one of the best), Micaela (outstanding help and support), Andrea at reception, Luigi at Batu Restaurant (extraordinary service - above and beyond) and the super Chef Luca and Bar Expert Marco… But also Roberta, Danielle, Yelitza, Angela, Rafael… OUTSTANDING!

We ate a dinner at the restaurant at the hotel on the terrace and we were not impressed neither by the service nor by the food for the price we were charged. We had to call staff for help .

Breakfast was great with very friendly and welcoming staff. Every request was answered right away. Every time we were needed a shuttle to transfer us to the center, was provided to us right away. It was a big plus. Thanks

Car parking charges are far too high and you shouldn't have to pay at all when you pay so much for the hotel

Pool area could do with a bit of TLC We hired a car and although there is parking at the hotel, we got charged for it! They don't make it super clear in the T&Cs.

An absolutely incredible hotel. Perfect location, away from the main hustle and bustle of Taormina centre but not super far out. Easily walkable (albeit up a hill!) although the hotel offers a free shuttle every evening (just book in advance). The bedrooms were beautiful and so comfortable. Breakfast was amazing and so much choice. Also loved the late night bar, the cocktail menu was fabulous! Overall a brilliant experience, would definitely come back!
