A small first world problem coming: Perhaps a little heating in the pool would’ve made it so much better. If that’s the worst thing to worry about I’m sure we will all survive. Cheers

The location and view from rooms. Rooms were a good size and nicely decorated. Breakfast was on the roof with an amazing view. Also the roof has a fabulous infinity pool with a million dollar view. Good value for money.

Breakfast needs to be improved. Such a good hotel with poor quality of food. There were many choices, however the food looked like and tasted like it was from yesterday or few days ago.

Staff were amazing, helpful and welcoming. Location of the hotel is very good, room was spacious and clean.

The breakfast could be better and the air conditioner wasn’t working properly. The TV in our bedroom wasn’t working at all.

The location was great and we loved the pool on the roof with the beautiful view on Riva.

The AC wasn't as good as it said the breakfast was very bad and bland the selection of cereals is very limited the breakfast is very limited and finishes very fast

The hotel was suffering some damages to the interior walls and in general a bit worn. The rooftop pool was extremely dirty with a film of sunscreen on top. The water was also cold.

The windows are thin, so it’s easy to hear any concerts/performances happening anywhere in central Riva.

Very good location right on the central square. There is a roof terrace with a small pool, as well as a small sauna and wellness area. The buffet breakfast is extensive and tasty.

Interior decoration could be improved

Location in the centre of Riva, outstanding view on the lake/mountains from the top terrace, breakfast with view, good value for money, parking available close to hotel

The room was dirty, there was a spot of old soap in the shower and dust in the room.

Great location, staff is very kind. The possibility of using the private parking with only 10€ was very useful. The breakfast was incredible and also the swimming pool was beautiful

- the lifts were quite slow and strange with how they would prioritise, and only 1 of the 2 lifts were operating.

This hotel, is perfectly located in Riva. Especially if you have a balcony. -one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve seen. -outdoor sitting area around the rooftop pool has great views.

Breakfast was marginal at best. The eggs, as an example, sometimes were soupy, sometimes rubbery.

The location of hotel is great. Staff very helpful. Nice to have restaurant/bar facility in hotel. Room was very comfortable.

We had to ask for room change after first night because the mattress was broken. It was no problem to change it which I am grateful for to the lady in reception. But the mattress should be changed immediately for a new one as the room is one of the most expensive (214) unfortunately very fast new couple with child were accomodied in it. Lack of vegetables for breakfast. Only tomatoes which were finished by 8.30am everyday and when we asked for it we have received just one tomato chopped in a microbowl. Not a standard for 4*.
