You have to wait to be seated at the entrance of the restaurant even at breakfast, which is elegant, but also a bit unnecessary. Also you can’t get hot water and a tea by yourself, you have to ask the waiters, it’s just too much fuss.

Very elegant hotel at one of the best locations in Riva del Garda. You are 200 m from the lake, and few steps from the promenade, it’s so convenient. The garden and the pool area is breathtaking, the rooms are sooo comfortable(bed, huge bathroom, control panels on the wall). They have delicious glutenfree cakes and cookies.

Would have like tea/ coffee making facilities in the room. I'd suggest adding a few hooks to hang damp towels and dressing gowns

This is a superb hotel. It is a lovely old grand building but the rooms and spa are modern. It was super clean and the staff were lovely. It was close to the Lake, Piazza, Restaurants and Shops. We enjoyed it!

1) No Safety Deposit Box in the Room 2) The spa internal heated pool was much less warm than it should be, it is supposed to be the nicest equipment of the spa but it wasn't! 3) To have a guaranteed parking space you have to pay an extra EUR$10/day.

Minor remarks: The use of plastic glass in the toilet, presumably for toothbrush with no evidence of previous sterilisation/sealed plastic or equivalent means Absence of cattle with tea bags, coffee, etc. Minibar with essentials, but no glasses available Spoke with reception about that, got promised they would rectify that.

Great location, the breakfast is absolutely good, both on buffet as well as a la carte. The elegant lobby bar serving cocktails is engaging in a comfortable and relaxing environment. Reception available, professional and super kind. Soap snd shampoo in toilet are proprietary and exclusive, I personally found it ADORABLE! 15 meters distance from everything: from pharmacy and bike renting. Parking slot for car bike and motorbike… SIMPLY GREAT! Just go there, and enjoy!
