Room 112 was very spacious and well appointed but we experienced a lot of noise from the neighbouring property from 5am onwards so avoid that room if possible Sorrento has become a bit of a dump full of tourist tat and a surfeit of cheap clothing and limoncello stores. No sense of La Dolce Vita.

Service was exemplary. Old fashioned charm rarely experienced outside of Southern Italy

Although the location is perfect to visit city and beach, the downside is that it captures street noises and late-evening-garden loud sounds directly to the room.

From all our breakfasts at many nice locations, this one ranks in our top 3. Not only the variety of food but especially the highest quality of products is one of the best ever. The Maitre at the restaurant, Mr Raymondo, deserves an extra appreciation for his super professional and service oriented approach. The rooms and whole hotel environment breaths high quality refined aesthetic pleasure.

The only negative was our room location. We were directly below the pool bar and you could hear all the noise from there until they closed at 1:00 a.m. mainly the chairs scraping across the floor.

Absolutely beautiful property in the heart of the city. Loved our location. Staff was amazing. Having the comped breakfast was an extra bonus.

Our room patio! My mistake I shouldn’t have selected garden, it was under the lemon garden and no view at all.

Everything! The service, staff, receptionist were all amazing, helpful, polite, genuine! The restaurant in the lemon garden “Zest” was close to michelin quality food, and excellent ambience and music. The breakfast was good, it could have been slightly better. The architecture, design travelled us back in the 50’s and 60’s. Raymondo was the happy note every morning! The location was incredibly central, close to everything but isolated without noise. The pool at the roof with view of the entire Sorrento, calm enough for relaxing and nicely decorated.

The only negative and it’s not a big deal, there is no ice machine any where on the premises.

The hotel is impeccably clean. The rooftop bar and pool are a huge plus with a great view and service. The hotel is close walking distance to Marinas Grande and Picciola. It is just steps from center city, home of all the shopping and restaurants. Breakfast was excellent. You have a huge variety of fruit, pastries, eggs and an omelette station. You are greeted daily by a great maitre d, Raimondo. He remembers your name after your first visit and greets you warmly every morning.

Small bathroom but worst was the shower door or lack of one. Nothing else

The hotel was extremely accommodating, not only in service but to make our honeymoon special. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. The location is perfect 10mins or less to pretty much anywhere. The hotel itself was beautiful, lemon trees and gardens. They truly made our trip to sorrento memorable and loved. I will always come back to thisss hotel anytime in sorrento. Grazie Mille staff and management of la favorite.
