We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

It was a modern, clean place, filled with light. The balconies were very nice. The staff were interesting people, and helpful: they provided me with a map of the area and gave detailed recommendations. Oh, and there was free breakfast!

I wish the main entrance picture was in the advertisement if they haven't. Anyway they let me shower and cook my simple meal so that I carry it with me. They are helpful with telling how to get to a location. Thanks

Loved this hostel!! Aircon was great during summer, lovely kitchen and facilities, good location close to the centre and 20 min walk from train station. Staff were all really helpful with recommending great places to visit. Hostel was also really social so perfect for solo travellers, they did dinners each night for €7 and also kayaking.

AustraliaThis hostel was one of the best I've ever stayed in! The facilities were clean, the kitchen was perfect with free breakfast stuff provided. Really friendly staff who went out of their way to help you and give many suggestions. Lots of friendly people and a big family vibe, with group dinners and group activities planned. The air-conditioning was good and the location was perfect, close to Cinque Terre, Lerici and other beaches. Also across the road from a nice garden and lots of restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

I loved the staff and the atmosphere! There was also free breakfast and family dibners evey night almost. I even had a small balcony in my room. It was also very clean and comfortable. There was no need for extra locks on the lockers which was handy.

Fantastic hostel, we had a great group staying at the same time. Easy walking distance to everything: city centre, ferries, trains. Great communal kitchen area. Social events every night for meeting fellow travellers. Staff were exceptionally helpful and gave lots of great advice !

New ZealandConveniently located in the city centre of La Spezia and a 15 min walk to the train station. The staff- especially Chandler and Amanda were awesome. They all helped us with planning our days in cinque Terre and there was a good atmosphere in the hostel- just the right amount of social atmosphere. Very clean hostel and shared bathroom. I would highly recommend staying here if you’re going to cinque Terre.

The hostel was very good it exceeded all of my expectations. Good location and clean rooms. The best part were the staff though, they went above and beyond. Really fun and great recommendations (especially Gabriele and Chandler!)

CanadaThe common areas are completely closed between 23h and 8h in the morning, which means we cannot access the kitchen between these hours. I understand it is done so to not disturb the other residents of the building, but I wasn't informed beforehand and i bought food for my breakfest and lunch (the next I was leaving for a hiking) and couldn't grab it in the morning before leaving so that was disappointing. Could be nice if there was a small fridge in the corridor of the rooms or the rooms to store some food for the next day when we have to leave early! :) This also means there is not so much ambiance at this hostel.
The staff is super friendly and welcoming! The hostel in general was very clean (kitchen, bathroom, room, etc.) and the location was perfect.
