No wifi signal in our room.

Our room was clean and spacious with two rooms and a bathroom, more akin to a small apartment. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom (although a bit outdated) had plenty of room for two. Facilities at the hotel were great. Daily room cleaning if desired, an underground parking garage, and multiple pools nearby. The hotel is situated next to the golf course. The grounds are kept tidy, with lots of green everywhere you look. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Lots of sweet and savory options, with great coffee, and a nice outdoor terrace overlooking the grounds.

You can't set the check out at 10:00am if check in is at 3pm... And you cannot instruct the receptionist to pester the clients calling them non stop from 9:30am until they have checked out (they called us 3 times between 9:30 and 10:15

WIFI unavailable out of lobby. Pool is too cold - not heated to 29C as is written. Turkish bathroom doesn't work.

There is a main reception where the check-in and administrative stuff are done. I provided ID for the check-in and was directed to the area where our room will be. The Active Golf Hotel. There are several other buildings and villas. As I went to the reception in the area where my room will be, it took me 3 hours coming back and forth after inquiring if the room is ready and hoping that we could get into our room, to realize that the room key has to be provided from the reception and not in the place where you have the room. It was frustrating. The main reception need to explain their procedure to their client and make sure that everything that they need are provided to access the room.

Ideal place for a get away. I came to have a golf stint and the hotel was right at the golf place.

There were dead (and living!) bugs in our rooms and around the pool which made me feel a bit uncomfortable. The windowsills were dusty. The beds were very uncomfortable, to the point where I was waking up with a sore back from it. The indoor pool was also unmanned which I felt was dangerous considering a lifeguard or other staff member should really be present and monitoring swimmers. The hotel is quite dated, and has an 80's summer-camp vibe to it. WiFi does not reach the rooms.

The rooms were spacious, and plenty of charging sockets! The rooms had a kettle for tea, and robes and towels were provided. The hotel was quiet, and the breakfast was varied and tasty. The free shuttlebus bus was a fantastic addition as it meant we could easily access the town without worrying about location being outside of the town. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. It was fine for our stay, we were out all day anyway so only used it for sleep and breakfast, and a few drinks at night before bed.

Free WIFI did not work! They offer a paid wifi in addition, which i did not try. No direct check-in at Active Hotel --> had to go to main reception of the hotel complex (10 min walk) and then back to get the keys for my room. Staff at info point at Active Hotel did not speak much English or German (but at main reception they do).

The room was nice and clean. The restaurant at Active Hotel is very delicious. The whole hotel complex is very big and offers lots of things to do (ideal for families I guess). There are different accommodations on the premises (apartments, Parc Hotel), Active Hotel is just one of those. I was there for a conference.

Disappointing you can't walk into Peschiera safely. A bridge over the river to join the cycle track would be great! No shuttle bus at 19.00 hours which a lot of people would prefer to go out for evening meal in town. Needs a proper mini market on site for essentials.

The hotel and grounds were immaculate. Staff freindly and helpful. Pools were great. Quiet and spotless. The shuttle service was very punctual with pleasant drivers. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices and quality.

If you arrive by taxi, you need to go to the main reception to collect your keys so you might want to ask the taxi to wait as the walk to your room can be in a different part of the complex. The hotel really should offer a golf cart service to get you and your luggage from reception to your room for people who don’t arrive with their own car.

Beautiful complex with several pools with high quality accommodation. Breakfast was really nice but we don’t eat meat or eggs and we still had okebty of options to choose from.

We booked this resort knowing it was out of town, mainly because of the hourly shuttle bus. Unfortunately, we messaged on Booking.com and called several numbers, however no clear instructions were sent for the exact time and place of pick up in town. There seemed to be a lack of understanding or apology when we brought this up with staff. Air conditioning in room was faulty. We asked them to check it after the first night. No follow up. We then checked the evening of the second night and they had to offer us a different room as they had not fixed it during the day. The next day they seemingly fixed it however it was back to not working by the evening, so another hot night! Finally, don’t trust the schedule of events - evening entertainment was at different locations to what was advertised and some activities were at different times to the schedule. No explanation or apology.

This resort boasts amazing facilities with plenty of choice of pools, restaurants and activities. We didn’t leave the resort for our three night stay and it was a fully relaxing time. Staff at the restaurant were extremely attentive and breakfast was really good with lots of choice.
