The place needs A LOT of attention. It was very outdated and not very inviting. When we arrived, the tv was broken (hanging off the wall), there was a curtain missing, holes in the ceiling near the windows and the a/c and internet wasn’t working properly. The property manager said that the people who stayed before us had kids that damaged the property.

Great location! 3 minutes to San Marco Piazza. A lot of shops and cafes around. The apartment is in authentic building. 2 big enough bedrooms, comfortable beds. Nice, good equipped kitchen with everything you need.

NO WiFi. I work online. So WiFi was crucial. It wasn't working which made things difficult.

The location was exceptional. Dog friendly. Great cafes right there. Close to the bus stops.

The kitchen utensils such as the pots weren't clean at all. Honestly it was a disgusting to cook, so we didn't. The matress had stains on it and it smelled a little. The amount of money for one night wasn't justified according to us.

No electricity the day from 5pm and by the time it was fixed it was way after 10pm but only worked for a few minutes at a time. The owner never offered any compensation so that says a lot!!!

Communication with owner was awesome. We were handed the keys upon arrival by Mr. Shuvo, a very nice guy, who also showed us everything in the apartment and provided some tips about places of attractions.

Located at the heart of San Marco, which the center of Venice. Oldish style but very clean and comfortable two bedroom apartment with washing machine and a kitchen and with restaurants and bar right in front of the facility.

Beyond basic. Floor was dusty and dirty under the beds, curtain rails hanging off the ceiling and missing on one of other windows, apparent frequent visits from whoever that left doors and windows open before leaving. On the last day a guy let himself in started walking around the property no knock on the door no warning my son came out of the bathroom and the guy was just standing there.. not good at all, after trying to him what are you doing here and called someone for me to talk to and it was establish that what we expected that have been in the property unannounced every day to clean any rubbish and sweep the floor but believe me no rubbish was taken and no dirt was removed or attempted to be cleaned, light fixtures hanging off the ceiling with open wire’s exposed. The shower curtain had mould on the bottom. My recommendation is to spend more money elsewhere than to have the feeling that your children couldn’t feel safe. There’s other notes to be considered but would we go back to answer is no way, but Venice is lovely and the food and the atmosphere is amazing.

The apartment is not new, and it has some disadvantages such as for example old plumbing. Nevertheless, it is still comfortable for a reasonable price, and the location compensates for everything.

We are happy that we booked this apartment. The location is perfect for our first time in Venice, as it is in the "center of the center". The apartment is a whole flat with a kitchen and even a living room. There was a heating system, which was very comfortable in case of very rainy weather, as we could dry our wet clothes. The bed was comfortable, and the noise from the street was only until 23.00 when the restaurants closed; at night it was rather quiet. The host was very friendly, and we are thankful that we could leave our luggage inside after checking out.
