No aircon in room. Could hear next rooms phone conversation. Having said that positives outweighed negatives.

It has a very homely feel with all the quirky ornaments & pictures around. Has a lovely garden. Great food. Staff were very friendly.

The room isolation is not very good, you can hear all doors being opened and closed in the corridor. Breakfast is classic italian - croissants, cereals and some cold cuts.

Hotel is a mix of styles based on its 50 years of history. It is easy to find with enough parking. We stayed in classic room which was perfecty clean, mattrasses were comfortable.

Low water pressure at the bathroom. Also, they chrage 2€ for a pool towel. It will be nice to have some fresh fruits and vegetables at breakfast.

Nice and helpful staff, good mattresses, the window has a shutter so no light comes in in the mornings, the air conditioning works well. Overall, good value for money.

The swimming pool could be cleaner ... The room was of a good size, but I booked a Twin plus Queen, and I got a Queen and Sgl bed.

No balcony but that was compensated by the lounge sets in the garden. No outside breakfast. Limiter diner options on walking distance.

Nice rooms, great breakfast, very comfortable Pool area with chairs. In the garden plenty lounge sets and seats to relax outside during the day or in the evening. Very good choice to stay in this area.

Location is a bit off the city, the hotel feels a bit older and breakfast could have more attentive staff with more selection (bread, veggies etc)

Staff was friendly, there was all we needed with all being reasonably clean. Breakfast was good.

At least in the room we stayed in, the air conditioning system was quite old and could not be adjusted.

Quiet location, easily accessible. Varied and tasty breakfast. Own parking was an advantage. There is also a swimming pool that we enjoyed, but which we did not manage to try. A very suitable place for transit, as we were.

I liked very much the spotless clean room and bathroom. The hotel is at least 50 years old, but they really try to keep it up to the standards. EVERYBODY from the staff is super friendly and willing to help you ASAP. Small tipp: try to learn some italian words, they will love it+

Fresh fruit at breakfast would be our only negative, that’s being picky as there was a variety of options.

All staff were friendly, homely feel, you were made to feel very welcome. Huge room, exceptionally clean and attention to detail made it stand out from other hotels.

Loved everything about this hotel and the smell of the lobby and rooms was lovely. Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Pool was great. Best part of our experience in this hotel was the breakfast. It was delicious with a great variety of options. Lovely fresh fruit salad, fresh juices and home made jams. We also had dinner one night and the food was superb. Great terrace outside the hotel to relax with a drink from the bar. Location was ideal. Very close to amazing places to visit for the day. Great restaurants near by, if driving.

We were halfway in our trip through Italy and we were hoping to wash some clothes, but when we got there we were told that the person that does the laundry was on holidays. Given it's a hotel that claims to offer this service (one of the reasons why I chose it), it needs to be provided all year I believe. Even if it's through a partnership with a laundromat or so. There was not enough chair or sun umbrella for everyone at the pool. The carpet didn't feel so clean and it irritated our noses. Loads of young adults at the pool playing games with the water, wetting people around, no one there to police it.

Nothing I noticed, but we were just passing through and there for one night.

Very friendly and service-oriented staff that takes care of the guest! The hotel may not be the most beautiful from the outside, but inside it is stylish and well equipped. The bar and restaurant can be recommended without reservation. We had a family room and enough space to spend a relaxing night. The quiet location means that even noise-sensitive people can find peace here.

Clean and quiet place, great breakfast with enough choice, nice and helpful staff. The hotel inside and outside looks very nice. Because we came on Sunday (the internal restaurant didn't work) but we've got a recommendation for an excellent pizzeria not far away. We enjoyed the stay!

Minor point. In the bathroom the shampoo and body washing liquid were in tubes which were impossible to open. Each tube had this metallic foil sealing the tube which both my wife and I found difficult to remove. The workaround was to squeeze the tube hard so that it burst at the end and we could use the liquid inside. Apart from that everything was great.

Hotel as very good. Hotel staff very friendly. Rooms were good, clean, bathroom was great. Hotel nicely situated, nice area outside to have an evening drink with the family. It was in a nice quiet location.

Location only good it you have a car. Difficult to get taxis. Also no food available at the hotel during the day, only breakfast and inner.
