The bed was terrible- I woke up with backpain every morning since the mattress was so hard Be aware of the extra daily resort fee they charge you, on top of what you expected to pay. In my opinion this should be reflected in the total price shown to you when you filter for hotels according to price.

Same dishes every day, not very clean room and bedding with holes. Also have been charged for sunlongers and umbrella on the beach for all 7 days without being told about. Despite we used them only 2 times I could see no one was checking if they are used by hotel guests only or by everyone.

We werent very satisfied with the breakfast. Cold scrambled eggs, the coffee didn’t taste good so we had to buy coffee at the bar after the breakfast (On the other hand, the coffee at bar was excellent and cheap). Also there was no vegetable for breakfast except from tomatoes and salad. Water in the swimming pool was really cold.

- the breakfast could be better. We’d expected better coffee (the coffee machine was broken several times and the coffee was’nt really good) and bread. But it was generally acceptable.

we liked everything! the location, the proximity of the beach, the pool, the room, a spacious bathroom, the staff! everything was just perfect! a special „thank you” to the receptionist who was really kind and helpful.

Food quality and variety was poor. Glad we were B&B only. Breakfast was very average. Coeliacs not well catered for. Machine tea and coffee poor. Limited fruit, cereal. Plenty of pastries and croissants. No information about the resort or area was offered on arrival. However front desk was very helpful when asked.

Location was great. Pool was lovely. Room size was great.

Hotel is located in a small village Valledoria. There is not much to do in the village, so it is worth having a car to explore other towns with more buitifull architecture, like Sassari or Castelsardo. At the same time, advantage of small village is relaxing athmosphere and lack of tourists. Hotel has good bufet for breakfast. Hotel is located not in the sea front, but they offer free shuttle to beach or you can also rent electrical scooter. At the beach hotel possesses sector with beachbeds, that are available for guests for free. Hotel provides beach towels. Reseption works 24H. Hotel employees are really hospitable and willing to help. They organize everyday entertainment activities before dinner.

Due to some start up diificulties the airco was not functioning, giving us two very cold nights but it was sorted before the third night so I guess new visitors will not have to endure that ;)

Enjoyed the stay in general very much. Resort had opened the day before we arrived so some work still going on but it did not disturb us. Bar and pool are very nice.

In comparison with other 4 star hotels very poor buffet. I literaly had to ask for every spoon of food to get a ful plate. They are obviously saving with food. Poor selection of main dishes - normally pasta and njoki and one fish dish, maybe french potatoes. Meat dish was offered once in the whole week. The same goes for the dessert (Max. 2 options, cut and put on a plate by staff). The chief is going from table to table, calling me by name and pushing for ordering drinks.

Room was nice, had a small terrace. Location was ok for excursions in northern Sardinia, otherwise quite remote. Rented car is a must, as there is almost no public transport.
