The breakfast was terrible. It was by far the worst breakfast I have experienced. The selection on offer was very poor.The staff made no effort to replace anything that had run out and were very surly with the guests . We arrived at breakfast 1 hour before service ended and all they were interested in was clearing plates away. There was no water, coffee cups. The coffee machine didn't work.

Traffic noise from the main road but then this is Naples. Otherwise a good hotel as we passed through Naples.d

This is a good hotel not far from the airport. The surrounding area is an out of centre mixed residential and business area which appears a little rundown. Because of airline delays we were very late in arriving, fortunately we had a colleague who was there earlier and staff kept the doors open for our arrival after midnight. We did not eat at evening meal there but breakfast was good. We can recommend the gelataria next door and a good restaurant across the road, (sampled during our first visit to the hotel in 2022 and on our return to the hotel in preparation for our flight back to the UK. We had a really good view of vesuvius in the distance from our bedroom window at the front of the hotel.

They advertise a shuttle service from the airport but don't offer one. It cost 35e each way for a 10 minute taxi journey which I wasn't expecting to pay.

Staff were very helpful and friendly and quick to reply on booking.com. Organised a taxi to and from airport and loaned me a travel adaptor because I didn't have one.

Be wary of the shuttle the hotel provides. I imagine it was more expensive than a taxi, but I can’t be sure. €35 one way and €40 one way if it’s an odd hour. Additionally, I confirmed several times both with the hotel and the driver that credit cards were accepted, including when I got in the car. Upon arrival to the hotel, the driver tried to tell me his system has crashed and he could only take cash. I want to make it clear that the hotel handled this fabulously. They were incredible. I just wouldn’t take the shuttle again. As other have mentioned, the bed was not comfortable.

The staff were unbelievably kind, professional, and helpful. There was an issue with the shuttle driver and the staff handled it wonderfully. The incredible woman at the front desk also found out I had a very early flight and had a breakfast bag sent to my room. I was truly blown away by the guest service and highly recommend this hotel for this reason.

Rooms outdated and old. Couldn't get on wifi. Loud street outside.

Hotel looks awful from the outside, but lobby and public areas surprisingly nice. Great parking in parking garage connected to hotel. Elevator, which is great - you never know if there will be one in Italy! Front desk attendant very pleasant and spoke English well. Breakfast typical. It wasnt too far from the airport, and we got in quite late so suited our needs.

The WiFi was incredibly poor which meant I had to rely on my data for a 3 night stay. The other issue is the location. The hotel is a 45 min bus ride to napoli centrale, with the last bus leaving around 11pm. You can get an all day bus pass from the local tobacco shops which is in the cafe which is on your right when you exit the hotel. Taxis cost about 30 euro from hotel to napoli centrale.

Rooms are clean, spacious and quite private. Automatic shutters are more effective at blocking out light and noise when trying to get a good night's sleep. The air cons works tremendously. Bathroom was okay. Breakfast was filling. There is also some handy shops next door and nearby if you want to stock up on snacks when visiting Naples. The gym was great although I only used it twice.

A bit noisy. The room was in front and we could hear traffic and other shops cleaning up during the night.

Parking is covered and safe. Staff received us with a smile on their faces almost at midnight. Clean room. Breakfast was simple but I don't think we need to expect more from what we paid.

Not a nice area to stay, but quite close to the airport. The room door had signs of a break-in (the lock case was smashed from inside ), but they were not willing to give us another room. The hotel didn't seem to be full at that time. The hotel was not able to provide us with the box breakfast when we needed to leave it at 5:00 a.m. for airport. I could get only a cup of coffee.

The hotel has a covered parking for its guests. Comfortable beds.

I had asked for a quiet room away from the main road, but when I got there, I was put in a room on the front. It wasn't that bad, though, as I wore earplugs and had to get up at 3:30AM to go to the airport.

I only had the breakfast once due to my schedule, but it was fine with enough variety of food. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The staff was perfect. The breakfast was very good. Fitness room was the best place for our kids. The weather was quite bad so we came back to the hotel and felt very cold. However the AC did the work and room was warm in a short time :)

Overall a good hotel with very good staff but the internal decor and rooms need total modern re - furbishment as they look and feel old and dated.

There was no kettle/tea/coffee making facilities in the room and the toilet seat was a little wonky.

We stayed one night at this hotel as it was convenient to the airport. Staff were friendly and the room was clean. On arrival we asked for a quiet room not overlooking the main road and our request was accommodated. The range of food for the buffet breakfast was reasonable. It took 25 minutes to get to the airport due to rush hour traffic, so we were glad we stayed here and not in central Naples. There is a nice patisserie across the street and a supermarket 5 minutes walk away.
