People in room next to me came in late and were very loud and disruptive for over an hour. It was frustrating that no one was there to contact.

The staff is very helpful, friendly and welcoming! I only stayed in Rome for one night but this location was great. We had a little balcony which was nice and the room felt basic but clean

The only downside would be the bathroom size. It was quite narrow. It's perfectly usable. However, this is the only downside it was on the smaller size

The stay at Four Rivers was perfect. The location, the room, and the beds were perfect. The nice addition of giving ear plugs due to the road noise was a nice touch even though traffic wasn't too loud. The rooms were very clean and the attention given by the staff was brilliant.

The property was very clean and tidy. Great location and easy to find. Very smooth check in process and hotel provided us with good recommendations for eating. We were there in heat Aug heat wave. Aircon worked amazingly, we turned it off as we left for the day but house keeping turned it on so the room was always cold when we returned for a siesta. Great value for money too. Stayed 4 nights. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Double check when booking, there is a real difference between the classic and luxury rooms, like two different hotels. Even on our booking confirmation page of classic room it had image of luxury rooms next to it so we felt mislead. Plastic cups for drinks in room not very eco, glass cups would have been much nicer. Electricity cut out from using the hairdryer provided by them, told it was my adapter but I wasn't using that and had been using that before and it was ok.

Amazing location and easy to get to central areas of Rome. Balcony in room was nice. Clean and comfortable rooms.

Only negative was the water pressure of the shower, but to be expected as the hotel is located in an older building! Besides that the stay was perfect

Absolutely everything - the location was second to none, so close to all the main sites! Friendly and helpful staff. Good WIFI, and mini bar/ammenities. Overall a perfect stay!

Location is challenging to find because there is not a lot of signage. The elevator wasn't working on our first day - so it was a rough carrying our luggage up all the stairs. Be sure to check WhatsApp since there is no 24 hour reception. The sheets were a little thin.

Room and bathroom were a great size. The wifi and air conditioning worked very well. The minibar was well stocked and provided a great convenience on a hot day. Good location for walking around to good restaurants.

The location was fantastic and the personal great. Rooms were nice and clean. We had a room facing the backgarden, so it was nive end quiet Short walk to all the historic places.

Swipe card would be easier than 3 keys to get on and out!

Excellent location for us! 3 keys to get in or out, beautiful old elevator or easy stairs to our room. Ear plugs by bed but didn't need them. Room cleaned daily. Taxis, restaurants and all attractions are very close by. Supermarket around the corner. Excellent coffee shop next door. Recommend to all 😄

I didn’t like the layout of the bathroom in our room, maybe the bidet could be removed for easier access to the toilet? But it wouldn’t stop me from staying there again.

The staff were very friendly & helpful. Our room was clean, spacious as there were 3 of us. The location is great, within walking distance of all the major attractions. Great restaurants nearby.
