Great location and super friendly staff

Had difficulty getting in and out of hotel with my suitcase due to the stairs on the ground floor. No breakfast. Not enough towels if you wanted to wash your hair. Directions to get into hotel were not made very clear.

All of the staff were very nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Security was very good.

No breakfast included. Noisy busy street. We upgraded to balcony room but it was overlooking busy street with huge AC unit taking up most of the tin space. Courtyard view would have been better.

Central location. Unique elevator was fun . Staff were very nice.

Four Rivers Suites was one of the best places we stayed at in all of our Europe trip. It’s centrally located and within walking distance of all the main attractions. The bed is SO COMFORTABLE!! Bed and pillows were amazing. 10/10 comfort. The staff were amazing, and left very clear instructions for us to conduct our after hours check in. I will 100% re-book here whenever I come back to Rome!

The shower was small and kind of difficult to get into and out of. The doors were in a square, and you have to get in thru one of the corners. The hot water wasn't very hot.

The staff was great and helpful! We especially loved Rachel. The room was clean and actually a nice size. The hotel was in a great location and had a bus stop very near as well. The hotel felt very safe and secure. I could definitely see myself staying here again when I come back to Rome!

The mattress on the single bed in the triple room wasn’t that comfortable. It was some kind of foam.

Great location, comfortable,large rooms and bathrooms. Staff was great and had many good recommendations of places to go nearby. Met all of our needs for one night in Rome!

The room was nice and updated with all modern amenities and good AC. The location was great and was close to everything without being in a super touristy area. The building was very secure. Rachel and the staff were great and made sure we were comfortable.

small bathroom, reception only open until 6pm, elevator up 2 floors and steps to get to the hotel, that was a struggle with 4 cases.

I liked the size of the room, the location was very good, lots of restaurants & shops around, the area was buzzing at night, nice atmosphere.

reception is not 24 hours but they available in whats app and very nice.

we got our room before check-in times room is pretty big,clean, comfort (they clean it every day). location is great, many streets and restaurants less then 1min walk. walk distant to all the attractions - we was with 5 years old kid and never used taxi/bus.. this is a guest house which has one floor in the building.

The staff were very helpful and their communication was wonderful. From the check in information to recommendations in the area, they covered it all. The location is great and in the middle of all main attractions, which we were able to walk to most all of them.

Absolutely loved this place, can’t recommend it enough! Perfect location - about 15/20 minute walk from every main attraction in Rome. Absolutely beautiful rooms. The staff were so accommodating, and communication was outstanding. Highly recommend for other travellers, will definitely be booking again when we come back to Rome!

the radiator towel didn’t work in our bathroom and couldn’t be looked at during our stay, but we had a room with balcony so we popped them out to dry in the sun. reception offered us more towels if we needed them. but really only slight problem.

Perfect location within walking distance to everything. The room was spotlessly clean, the bed was very comfortable and the pillows were great quality, the staff were very friendly and helpful. check in and out was very easy. i would stay again if return.
