This was an excellent experience. Rita was exceptionally helpful. The location and the breakfast were great. Definitely recommend and will go back.

The hotel description said there is a lift. There is but it does not go to the 4th floor. However staff were helpful getting cases up and down one floor . Our room seemed expensive but everything in Ortisei is very expensive!

Staff did not speak English but were very helpful using translation apps. Room was small but warm.and cosy Breakfast was very good with many choices Cosy lounge downstairs for inclement days

The greatest disappointment was not to have a kettle and cups in the room. It is a shame as there was no facility to make your own drink downstairs in the afternoon or evening either which would have been nice as a coffee, in a standard sized cup rather than an egg cup, cost 5 euros out! We have used booking.com to stay in many places in Italy. Every other place sent a friendly message before arrival to welcome us and ask for an approximate arrival time often offering the flexibility to arrive or drop luggage early. This hotel sent a message which simply read that arrival after 7.30 would incur a 35 euro fee. Not the friendliest welcome and the irony was that when we arrived at 2pm as stated on the booking, there was a note on the door to ‘come back after 2.15!’ You have to leave the key to your room on a shelf in the entrance hall each time you leave the hotel. Whilst there was a small safe in the room, it did seem strange to let other guests know you were out and that the key was right there. There were, of course, no problems and maybe going back to the way things used to be is no bad thing.

Lovely quiet location yet only a 5 minute walk to the centre. We loved the balcony with comfortable chairs and a table and a wonderful view. We slept with the balcony door open and it was still wonderfully quiet. The room was clean and spacious and we were surprised to receive clean sheets and clean towels every day, we’ve never had that anywhere before. The breakfast offered plenty of interesting breads, nuts, seeds, cereals, meats, cheeses and fruits. We certainly didn’t go hungry each morning. The hotel had a very ‘alpine’ feel to it and was very well maintained throughout with lots of personal touches.

Great location, a couple of minutes walk to the town centre and to the lifts. I stayed in single room and it was bigger than expected had a balcony and a beautiful view. Bathroom was also great size. Fast WiFi, comfy bed, friendly and very helpful staff (although English not spoken), breakfast was good also (I'm vegan and didn't go hungry). I would happily stay again.

The hotel was very warmly decorated, everyone was very welcoming and the location was good, giving us a very nice room with a view. It was the most memorable experience of our honeymoon trip!

We did walk to the ski lift every day and it took about 10-15 minutes. We ended up storing the skiis at the rental place. We did not mind it but would have been harder with young children

Such a lovely hotel, clean, well presented, with a lovely breakfast every morning. The owner was truly lovely, so welcoming & helpful. The location is perfect, just 10 minutes from everything really, the train station, bus station, town & access to all chair lifts/funicular to Seceda & Alpe di Suisi. Just perfect!

The room was very small (I had to put my bag in the armoire because two bags wouldn’t fit on the floor). The bathroom had no way to block visibility above the waist through the window.

The breakfast was great, with many different options. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room had a small balcony that was perfect to get some fresh air. The location to downtown and the bus to other nearby areas was very close. I would stay again solo!

We got a room facing the mountain side, the view is nice. The area is quiet that we can even sleep with open windows. The breakfast is really good, with fresh vegetables, musli, fruit and breads. The location is very close to the center and 🚠. We got free bus tickets and Sauna tickets.
