A small bottle of milk in the fridge would be great so we could make tea/coffee on arrival, but not necessarily a complaint.

Once we found the place (a little tricky), we met the host who was very helpful. The apartment itself was lovely - very clean, comfortable and only a short walk to the water bus stop. Supermarket within 100m which was fabulous and plenty of good restaurants along the canal just behind us. Would definitely stay here again.

A TV in the bedroom would have gone down a treat! An oven would have been useful It was a shame that we weren't able to appreciate being right on the canal (no access, no balcony)

The property is managed by a local agency who asked us to provide credit card details for damage insurance. We said we would only do this if the request came via Booking. Felt like a sharp practice

The place had enough facilities for a short stay, cook, wash and very good security with 3 doors.

Lovely apartment in a quiet, residential area of Venice, which is one of my favourite parts - away from the tourist madness but only about a 25 minute walk to St. Marks. There's a supermarket less than 100m from the property and the nearby canal-side bars are excellent. The apartment was really comfortable and well equipped.

Nothing. There were 2 of us and it was perfect. The flat sleeps 4 in 2 beds, plus there's a sofa bed. We would come back with another couple happily. If there were 4 or more, worth knowing the sofa probably only seats 3 max but there are dining chairs and outdoor seating too.

This place is a delightful flat in the quiet, residential area at the north of Cannaregio, but only a 5-10 minute walk to some lovely bars, cafés and restaurants. The main bedroom and kitchen look out on a quiet canal. The original outer windows don't really open but the inner, modern windows do, so you can hear the water and any little boats going by, for lovely atmosphere. The flat is chicly decked out, the beds are enormous and so comfy. The second bedroom looks out on the pretty patio area (not the canal) and has an en suite bathroom. There's a brilliant supermarket a few steps away. Kitchen is really well supplied with all the utensils you could need. The host came to meet us with the keys - she was a young and very sweet Venetian lass who spoke English well. She let us in a little earlier than the actual check in time, which was so helpful.

The only thing is that we didn't find any dish soap or kitchen towels, but that wasn't really a problem (there is a supermarket 50 metres from the apartment).

Everything was great. The apartment is quite big, very clean and is conveniently located in a very nice and residential part of Venice, but still is not very far from the main attractions.

it was difficult to contact the host from the street at the time of arrival to the property. there was no bell to ring. the directions were vague. in addition, the internet connection did not help.

The only improvements I have are controlling the air conditioning unit and the stove. We tried to cool the apartment down but the remote to control each unit was extremely difficult to operate. We tried to make breakfast for ourselves and the stove stopped working before I could finish. This caused us to throw everything out. We also didn’t know there was a public water bus stop 6 minutes away until the last night. This would’ve been valuable to know on the first day.

Extremely comfortable beds and spacious apartment for two couples. Check in was seamless and Alice was amazing! She made sure to keep in contact with me while we arranged our taxi from the airport and she was there to greet us when we arrived at the apartment. Alice made sure to make herself available for any questions I had and she also arranged a taxi for us from the apartment to the train station. I can’t thank her enough for her warm and welcome hospitality for our first time in Venice!

the location was amazing .. just outside of the centre but close enough to walk .. the locals tend to eat and drink here and the vibe is great !! we was met at the property and host was really helpful ! Property was exceptionally clean and beds are HUGE !! windows are amazing too x so many utensils and extras ..

We loved that the property was in a residential quiet area away from the tourist chaos. The apartment had everything we needed, was clean and recently remodeled. We were able to order a crib for the baby which was an added bonus.
