The property was clean and cool (it was very hot in Rome). Bedding was fresh and clean, and kitchen was perfect for our Canadian family of 5. We had lots of room, (I think more than most Rome properties) and went to a local grocery store nearby for our breakfast needs. This property is perfect for a family wanting to see Rome as it is a short walk to the metro station and then Rome is at your fingertips. Host was available at all times to help.

Beautiful apartment close to the Vatican. Ideal for a larger group (we were 7). Loved the fact that it had 2 bathrooms. Close to many lovely breakfast places (forno feliziani just 60m away is a must!). The host was really nice & helpful, gave us some amazing suggestions for restaurants and cafes close by and answered every query we had. Highly recommend! 😊

The kitchen/living room was a little tight and congested but only an issue if you plan to do lots of cooking etc...fine for serving a simple breakfast

The location was spot on for our purposes and the beds were very comfy. Communications with the host were excellent from start to finish and she was very friendly and helpful

Fantastic location right near the Vatican. Very welcoming and generous hosts. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need. Supermarket and restaurants nearby. Metro is close but we didn’t use it, we walked everywhere.

Florje House is a gem perfectly placed to explore Rome. It is bright, clean and has 2 great sized bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen dinner has everything you need and there is a supermarket just a minutes walk away. The best thing tho is Roberta the host, who has excellent communication and was so kind and helpful- Thank you Roberta

Florje House is in a fantastic location just a few steps from the Vatican Museums. As a first visit to Rome I think we were really fortunate to stay here. As a group of six, the flat had ample space (altho one is on the bed sofa in the kitchen) Great to have two bathrooms and showers plus a washing machine. Things dry very quickly up on the building roof which had washing lines. Everything is well equipped and very homely. We mostly eat out and Roberta gave us great suggestions nearby which we enjoyed. But there is huge choice and lots in Trastevere too. It was great to also be able to cook a few things in the flat. The flat is a short walk from Ottaviana Metro. The is also bus 23 to Trastevere. There are night buses if you are out late. It is also fairly easy to walk to any areas of the city. The host is helpful and responsive. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this accommodation.

Well, basically nothing. We had very good experience with this rental and Roberta as a host. She was really helpful and organized for us a transfer to airport on the day of departure.

It is very near from Vatican so most restaurants are like a tourist traps, so that was but disappointing

Perfect stay. apartment located 5-10 minutes walk from Ottaviano metro ( near metro station try ice cream in Lemongrass), near is my favorite bus nr 23 going along the river towards the Mouth of truth. Carrefour and other supermarket less than 5 min walk. About 4 restaurants/bars within 100 meters from the flat. Tried "Claps" which were big disappointment (both food and service need improvement), one next to Claps was much better. Apartment is really spacious, equipped with everything you may need. Looks exactly like on photos! Wonderful host, going out of the way to make her guests happy. Thank you Roberta!

Roberta is AMAZING!! She went above and beyond in making my family's first trip to Rome a memorable one. She helped us find restaurants, set up rides to sites and the airport, and even had a bottle of wine in the fridge for our arrival. The entire place was immaculate and comfortable.
