Everything was great. Lovely location in the centre of Porto St. Margherita, directly on the beach. Nice pool and sunbeds with umbrellas free of charge. I really appreciate we could take dog into this hotel. Simply everything was fabulous and we will come back again. Perfect place for children.

- parking madness - slots are really, really small and cars in the middle makes it almost impossible to get there - sometimes missing basic kitchen equipment.. wine opener, wine glasses, parmesan grater etc

Beds are not real beds, they r folding beds, they can move in night if you turn to other side, bed mattress were good. Actually we were there second time, so we knew, how and what is there, we liked hotel because it just in front of the see.

The apartment house is right next to the sandy beach. We had an apartment on the 5th foor with a sea-view. The balcony was big and it had a great view. The sea could be seen from the bed too. The apartment was clean, quite well equipped, the bathroom was big with a spacious shower. The air-conditioning automatically turned on when we left the apartment and you could turn it off when you entered. Each beach umbrella has a number on it and at the check-in you are given a certain number for it, so you dont have to run to the beach early in the morning to occupy one. Each umbrella goes with two sunbeds. There are more shops, café, restarurants nearby. The beach was cleaned each day early in the mornings, just as the sunbeds and the pool. The receptionist was very kind, if we had some problem with the cooker she came in minutes and solved the problem.

Rested with the whole family and with our cat and dog! I really liked the location, the sea is nearby, it's cool to walk early in the morning with a dog, friendly and smiling staff, the room is clean and tidy, the hotel was always very clean. I really liked the sunbeds on the sea, the coast and the sea are just fantastic for families with children) I recommend!

Right by the beach, it is an excellent choice when traveling with kids. The pool was big and very clean, and it also has a private beach and umbrellas with sunbeds you can use for free. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean, and the kitchen was very well equipped. Onsite free parking is also available.I'm definitely coming back!

I am not a fun of soft mattresses but that’s a personal choice so might be plus point for many.

I took my parents on holidays, my dad is elderly and can’t walk long distance. We had nice apartment on second floor with large balcony. swimming pool just under and few meters walk to private beach. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. Room was really clean.

Beds were not real, mattresses were good but beds were like folding metal bed.

Everything except beds. Swimming pool, lift( very fast, always working) Balkon was bigger than the apartment. Proximity with the beach. Friendly Ness of the staff (i liked the young front desk lady so.much. With kids you must have this hotel. I would come again here, as its near to beach,and not crowdy and safest with smal kids.l it provides 1 umbrella with 2 sunbeds, you cook your own food,

The rooms are made in a "soviet style") You can find there old ceramic tiles on the floor for example, and the air condition system looks like it was installed in the eighties of the last century... The hotel is more typical of a hotel somewhere in Cuba)))

It is situated in a great place, with great beaches and sea sides. The personal is the very best. The lady at the reception was really nice and ready to help. Moreover, we were checked in three hours earlier without extra payment. We loved the swimming pool innfront of hotel. It has its own charm.

The furniture and the air conditioning are a bit outdated. Maybe an iron will be useful.

The residence is near the beach, in a quiet area. The apartment is nice, it has a large terrace. The pool is very nice, it is between the residence and the beach. It is very safe for the children. The lunch break at the pool between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM is welcome.

the information about transportation to the other part of Caorle could have been more clear and shared with the guests on some flyer, we had to figure out ourselves about the ferry and bus. Also the distance from the historic city center where all the nice staff was located could be only reached using other transportation mode.

close to the beach, nice walk at the beach - could reach the social town areas in 3 minutes walking, nice restaurants in the area, shops, everything within walking distance from the hotel within THAT part of Caorle. Historic center could only be reached using other transportation mode which was a bit limiting. This is great place for families with small kids - if you look for more action - I recommend the other part of Caorle (closer to the historic center).
