Great location right opposite the ferry terminal, which for us was perfect as we were travelling by train/boat. Loved the 'liberty style' room with its colourful furnishings and historical features. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious and set us up well for the day. We would definitely recommend staying here.

The location of the hotel was great - opposite the ferry port and great views of the lake. The staff (especially Giselle) were very helpful - helped with the ferry schedules and provided great restaurant recommendations. We would definitely recommend to stay here.

Wow wow wow! The location, charm and customer service at the hotel are fabulous. The hotel has a lovely area for drinks outside, and a wisteria covered area right on the lake for food and drinks. It is immediately behind the ferry port, and accesible for all. The decor was quirky and delightful. The Australian lady on reception was incredibly helpful and welcoming.

The location and quality of the room was perfect. We had the lake view with balcony and it was incredible (room 54). The room was large and great bathroom. There was a smart TV also. Staff were really friendly and great advice on where to eat, park, get the ferries etc.

The location is quite hard to arrive by car. They don't have swimming pool as per pictures, the Spa was not working and the restaurant was closed.

It was a great experience! Everything was great! The reception was met by a very nice woman who explained and showed us everything! Very tasty breakfast! The rooms are clean and done in an authentic, Italian style! The design is maintained throughout the hotel!

Fantastic location! Our room had the biggest balcony I’ve seen overlooking Lake Como! It was shared but we were usually all by ourselves most of the time. Room is very nicely decorated and I love the bathroom!

We had such an amazing stay at this hotel. Perfect location(super close to the docker) and very friendly staff. Breakfast was super nice. Our room even comes with a beautiful private terrace with lovely plants. What a surprise! Highly recommend this place.

The truth is that this hotel went beyond my expectations, the staff is extremely kind and helpful, the breakfast is so delicious with so many options (I’m vegetarian), the hotel is located in front of a ferry station which is very very convenient, you can go everywhere walking from the hotel location. The rooms are super clean y very classy and beautiful with amazing views.

The bedding with thin duvet, blanket and sheet was difficult to keep in place on the bed. Just a good quality duvet would have been fine.
