There is no sunshine at all if you are in lower floors. so you have to open the light all day.

This apartment is located at the center of Florence, only miles away from famous sites. All the facilities are modern and easy to use. Staff is also very friendly and suggest us to store our luggages in the small room.

I’d have liked a blind on the small, internal window in the bedroom as I am very sensitive to light in the early morning. The gap between the basin unit & shower opening was a little small if you’ve been eating lots of pasta 😜. The coffee maker is a great thing to have but if you need special pods for it then perhaps you need to provide enough for the number of people/length of stay as it’s useless otherwise.

We loved the location of the apartment- just around the corner from Ponte Vecchio & close to everything we wanted to see. The apartment was spacious, modern & very clean. The bed was super comfortable. We had everything we needed there & found the managers brilliant at communicating with us. My husband uses an electric wheelchair & they checked carefully that we would be able to fit in the lift before we booked. They also kindly gave me more coffee pods as I couldn’t buy extra ones. The check in process was simple & the apartment felt very secure.

The frame of the windows in the bedroom are not snug and properly sealed in the wall. There was a draft of cold air blowing in all the time. This caused the apartment to remain cold unless one would crank up the heater. This is highly in efficient from energy standpoint and on the first day you sleep there the apartment won't be warm enough because it takes several hours to warm up a decent size apartment. Also there are too few few pots, and no pans in the kitchen, and no microwave. This did present some problems, if you intend to cook.

Excellent location, the photo of the apartment was on the ground floor. Renovated apartment and plenty of space. All amenities were working, incl. the heater which was a life saver.

📍 The location was absolutely ideal. With everything within easy reach, we could visit the whole city center effortlessly. 🛌 The apartment was very spacious and impeccably clean. It comes with everything you would need, and we also liked the fact that the kitchen was fully equipped and the WiFi impressively fast. 👩‍💼 Giada was so nice, helping us during our entire stay and even letting us check-out late. She was fine with us leaving our luggage there so we could continue our sightseeing.

I loved the property it is very clean and modern. It is quiet if you want to relax and sleep well. Giada and Marco where absolutely amazing. They respond very quickly every time you need them. The location is unbeatable! I recommend without a doubt! Everything was perfect and i had and unforgettable vacation 🙏🏻❤️❤️❤️. Giada is the sweetest and best hostess i have had in my life!!! 😃

The property is in a great location with access to elevator to our room if you don’t want to take the stairs. The space is modern and plenty of room to spread out a little after walking around all day

Great location near the Ponte Vecchio bridge. After a bit of a walk from the train station we really appreciated the elevator as we were on the 4th floor. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. When we arrived the foldout couch was already set up and the mattress was good. Giada was always quick to respond to our inquiries which made the trip that much more comfortable.

Very minimalist, didn't feel as comfortable as other places we've stayed in Italy. No bowls in the kitchen. Air conditioning didn't work great. We had it set to 20 degrees the entire time we were there but the actual temperature stayed between 23.5-24.5. The host said the system was adjusting for the outside temperature.

Clean, modern apartment. Excellent location, walking distance to everything in Florence yet still quiet.
