Bright airy modern spacious accommodation. Centrally located but not touristy. Few minutes walk to ferry, beaches, restaurants close by. Easy to communicate with via whatsapp - prompt replies. Nice terrace room 50. Has a lift.

Great location. Neat room - it has everything what you may need. The bed linen and towels were snow white and crisp clean and there was plenty! I did like the small balcony too with the dryer to hang clothes. The rooms with balconies are overlooking a pretty busy street, which may be too loud for someone, but for us it was nice to feel the pulse of the city.

The property was a bit older and more worn than it appeared in the photographs. The light above the sink in the bathroom wasn’t working and did not get fixed during the 4 days we were there. The WhatsApp message I sent to the hotel regarding the light was replied to, but it was not dealt with. I never met or saw any hotel staff apart from the very nice young lady at the ReSale Hotel who checked us in the first day and gave us the keys. She was very nice, but it would be good to know if there was someone you could ask about restaurant recommendations, local tours, etc. in the area.

The location of the property is excellent! It is very convenient to walk to restaurants, shops, cinemas, and places of interest in Trapani. Although parking for your car is basically on-street parking, there is a small parking lot very near the hotel. Download the EasyPark app for simplicity of payment. The parking rates are reasonable, plus no charge for parking between 8 p.m. and 8 a.m. I appreciated the large size of the bath towels in the bathroom. It was also nice having the ability to dry clothes on the small balcony. I enjoyed looking onto the main street in the mornings, watching the market across the way set up their produce and seeing the just caught tuna in the fish store. It felt like being part of a neighborhood.

- The noise from the street was quite disruptive. While it's understandable that the property can't control external noise, it would be helpful if the windows were soundproofed. I found myself waking up multiple times at night due to every sound - There is a small step right near the entrance to the apartment that I almost tripped over several times. It might be beneficial to put up a sign saying 'Mind the step' to prevent accidents

I was shocked that in the kitchen was no cutlery at all, even one knife. It was completely non-functional. If you're looking for a place with kitchen which you can use normally - it isn't good place for you.

Great location, peace and quiet place near to the shop, greengrocery, main streets with bars and restaurants.

There were nothing in the bathroom to hang our towels so we had to put our wet tower on a chair on the top of each other. I am sure they can easily improve it : )

The room was huge, and there were two separate desks, so we two could take each one separately for our stuff. These things are important considering we were staying 3nights with many stuff with us.it has a small but applicable balcony to put our wet clothes after beach day. It was bright, clean and comfortable. And everything was clearly organized from check-in to check-out.

Our room was looking to the wall and other toilet windows barely no daylight. Also missing wine glasses and some other amenities.

Extreme noise at night both from the street and the corridor (it’s an aparthotel). Really if you need silence it’s not a place to go. Also single use shower gel packets are not the best idea, uncomfortable to use and I guess it would be much better to produce less plastic and put a bigger bottle which could be topped up. But that’s just a suggestion for the management, not something that would discourage me to come there again.

Everything was really good and very clean and modern, Danilo was great. Apartment look exactly like on photos. Location is perfect in old town very close to all bars and restaurants and also to port we you can borrow ship to islands and where is also bus stop to Erice - just 2minutes walk.

Very nice and clean apartment, Very pleasant staff at the reception. We got everything we asked for. Perfect destination everything close to the city center by walk. All shops, restaurants, markets, cafes right next to the accommodation. Parking spaces available next to the apartment. Very nice beach with clean water 8 minutes by car.

A small kettle and an iron + ironing board would have been perfect. We didn’t bother to ask cos we managed just fine. THE FOLLOWING HAVE NOTHING WITH THE APARTMENT: When driving a car in Trapani, always make sure to pay the parking fees and put the receipt on the dashboard. Be very careful of restricted and residence zones. Wardens are very active during the day and night.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Great location 2 min walk from centro storico, The apartment is served with lift. Very easy to communicate and strait forward check in at the hotel on the opposite side of the street. Few steps away from Café, restaurants, pizzeria, wine bar, tobacconist, convenience shop and pharmacy. Loved sitting in the balcony early in the morning watching the locals daily lives. We would definitely go again.
