The shower cubicle is too small and it's difficult to move around especially if you are overweight.

The location was ideal because we could visited many places.The train station is close by and many shopping centres.

The location is not good a lot of homeless people and drug dealers nearby , breakfast did not have a good selection and the worse part is they gave us a room right next to the kitchen so it was everyday sound from early morning and the bell ringing.... the staff unfortunately is not helpful either ...

The hotel is close to the city center, but the area is not safe, the room was normal, but there was an unclear situation with the reservation. I booked for 3 people, in the end the booking turned out to be for one person, in another hotel and they wanted me to pay extra. The situation was very unpleasant, which spoiled my mood, in the end another manager on reception solved the problem. From the breakfast you dont have to expect a lot .

the room did not meet the minimum requirements for cleanliness, amenities and comfort. the free breakfast was just pathetic .After 11:00 PM, the area around the hotel was filled with African drug addicts who were drinking, making noise and making it impossible to leave the hotel after 10:00 PM the management of the hotel did not take any measures, even though there was a fight twice the furniture in the room was very old furniture burnt by cigarettes, everything in the bathroom was leaking, including the sink and the toilet, and the shower cabin could not be entered because it was dwarf-sized leaving the hotel we left luggage in the room but we didn't receive any assistance to get it from the establishment

the only good thing about this hotel is the 24/7 reception and its somewhat proximity to Rome's attractions

The area where the hotel is located is very shady. My friend almost got robbed at the entrance of the hotel. There were men camping outside the door waiting for new tourists to come to the hotel. Thankfully she has quick reflexes and managed to snatch her phone back from the thief, but it’s an experience that really rattled us. We would not recommend walking the streets close to the hotel alone.

The hotel reception works 24/7. You leave your room key with the receptionist, so they are impossible to loose. The breakfast was adequate. The AC in the room works well.

That neighborhood happens to be where there are a lot of drugs being sold on the streets. It literally seems to be confined to that one block.

Price and conveniently close to the train station. Taking the train was not only cheaper but quicker than taking a cab.

The WiFi can't reach the rooms and they tell you that you can use the lobby to connect to the WiFi. Totally unacceptable. The breakfast is really bad. It's not even food enough and they can't get more of it before the next day.

1. They ask you to leave the room keys at the reception 2. There might be some times when you have to wait at the main gate to let you enter the hotel (under staffed) 3. Only one small elevator available so forget about it and hotel is at 3 and 4 floor 4. In my case they didnt even clean my room on the 3rd day 5. Breakfast is just for name so don’t expect much 6. The location is not really very safe especially at the night time
