We book 2 Delux King rooms by description. Those should be equal but weren’t. Room 14 is nice room with terrace at the same time room 102 is dark room on the ground floor no view, no terrace. Nothing in terms of Deluxe or King

I know that the Italian breakfast is a croissant and coffee, but for other nationalities the breakfast could be more varied (at least eggs). Especially for more active guests (we traveled by bike). But it's really a small thing

This is a fantastic property, the staff can’t do enough for you, kind, helpful, always over and above what you would expect. Fabulous breakfast Location to the beach is fabulous They loan you a bike and padlock if you want to cycle The suite we stayed in was a wonderful mixture of rustic and modern in true beautiful Italian style They provide you with free of charge parking in the centre of the beautiful village They have thought of every detail and make it so easy for guests

La colazione was good. the parking space in town was very useful . It was fun to borrow bicycles . The coffee machine in the room and fridge with water were very welcome as was the air conditioning . We enjoyed the balcony

The breakfast was delicious and we loved eating alfresco in the courtyard. The room was much larger and more modern than we anticipated. The staff were very friendly. The location was easy for us with a car.

We LOVED this place!

This place is magical!! We loved the location nestled in a gorgeous area, we loved the style and comfort of the rooms. Breakfast was great and included fresh baked goods, great cheeses and cereals. Free use of excellent bicycles allowed us to explore the area. Easy access to beautiful beaches and great restaurants.

We didn't find anything we didn't like! Be aware you have to check in at certain times as its not open all day and English was limited.

This was our favourite place of our whole 10 day trip. We had a delux double room on the ground floor for two days which was huge and very stylish with a big bathroom and a small fridge for water. Mosquito screens on the windows. Wifi worked fine. The free bikes were very good quality and we biked to a couple of different beaches and to Castiglione so didn't use the car once. (They also have private parking is Castiglione if you don't want to bike) Breakfast was included and was very good with a good choice of buffet and we were offered eggs each day. The property is located in a cobbled courtyard and there was an excellent restaurant on the other side- we had a lovely fish meal and then a pizza second trip. Everyone was very friendly. The coast is pretty and all the beaches are through the pines, where you will find beach bars every so often. Wish we had stayed longer.

The fact that walls are not soundproof and one night we could not sleep due to the fact that some young people where in the room closed to us and on the terrace making lots of noise and speaking super loud

A bit too expensive. At night dogs barking for quite some time and ground construction started right next to our room at 7 am on Saturday morning. Not the fault of the house as done by Enel but still disturbing.

A beautiful house. Nice room and a very good breakfast. Can recommend the Steak Restaurant Bubula in 10 min drive away. Friendly team as well

was booked a superior queen room,also mentioned on voucher instead received a small cubit size room with a single bed most uncomfortable and claustrophobic. Due to back problems i always book a double bed. i spoke to assistent , while i was alone, no way to get a double room. unless i paid another 100€ pro night. Not custom friendly and very disappointing. the house itself for a couple was very cosy and well decorated, breakfast was also fine. But even for 2 night left with more backpain then on arrival.
