The apartment is a comfortable oasis of calm in the vibrant city life of Naples, it was always great after a long day to get back there. Fabio and Anna (The hosts) are super and are always there to help you if you need anything. The apartment location is right where you want to be ,everything you want or need is a short walk. It is very clean, well equipped and comfortable, you really don’t need anything else. When we go back I would definitely stay here again if it was available.

Fabio and his family were very kind, helpful and professional. Anything you needed they were there to help. The home was set up nicely, information for restaurants and historical sites were all available if needed. They surprised us with some Italian sweets to try as a welcoming to Napoli and their home. They had everything we needed and more. The location was perfect walking distance to many things. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay, and believe you will too!

What a wonderful apartment! It was clean, comfortable, and every little detail was thought of by the hostess. There were fresh pastries, a stocked refrigerator and pantry full of snacks. It was a thoughtful touch for a family that was on the go a lot. Anna also provided great recommendations for the area and restaurants. The apartment building was conveniently located by the Duomo Metro station and so it was easy to get around the city. Even though it is by a loud, bustling street the apartment was very quiet. The apartment was very spacious and our family had plenty of room to spread out after a long day together. We also appreciated having a washing machine and dryer so we could do laundry. The elevator (even though small) was a bonus since the apartment was on a higher floor. This was the best place we stayed during our trip in Italy! If we return to Naples, we would definitely stay here again.

Nothing, it was the best place we have stayed at in Italy (and we are picky).

Wonderful hosts - friendly and hospitable (thank you for the lovely gifts!) and went out of their way to help us after we had a problem arriving on the agreed day. They also sent us information about the city and Pompeii. They even provided a laptop for us to use for free. The apartment is very secure (behind 3 locked doors) in a beautiful, massive palazzo building adjacent to Duomo metro station. It was very clean and elegant, with high ceilings, the leather couch is super comfy. The kitchen was stocked with water, other drinks and snacks (!), which was unexpected and very welcome after we arrived late at night. Although Naples is a very loud city, we had no problem with noise because the balcony doors blocked it out so well and there was no internal noise at all. I don't think I could have wished for a better location or experience.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this modern apartment. Everything about it was perfect, earning it a perfect score in my book. The cleanliness was outstanding, and the location was ideal for exploring Naples The host's communication was excellent and made my weekend getaway even more enjoyable. I couldn't find a single negative point to mention, and the apartment was simply great. Highly recommended!

This was an exceptionally equipped apartment within a grand old, but modernised building. Fabio, our host, was so helpful on arrival with a generous welcoming provisions. We enjoyed the peace on returning from our days sightseeing. The aparment was well located for historical Napoli, with easy access to the port and station.

Geat location, fantastic host - very helpful and communicative. We were welcomed by the staff and accommodated before check in hours. :) We stayed there 2 weeks and we had bedding, towells and cleaning done every three days. Each time we have received a small gift, which was an additional touch Thank you Fabio. We have had fantastic time :)

The location was fabulous, and it was a lovely, cool and quiet oasis in the middle of Naples Fabio and Anna were wonderful hosts and were only too willing to help with any queries. The little extras they provided were a nice addition.

Air conditioning for the living area could have been a bit stronger. We were comfortable for the most part but it would have been nice if it got a bit colder. Didn't seem to make a difference how low we set it. Everything else was perfect.

We had an amazing stay at FAF. The apartment is modern, comfortable, safe, and in a convenient central location with tons of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Tours such as underground Naples are only a walk away and places like Pompeii are about a half an hour drive. Anna and Fabio were very kind and welcoming despite a language barrier. What impressed us the most was how well equipped the apartment was. Beer, wine, and lots of water in the fridge as well as snacks. It was that extra touch that really made the difference for us! Amazing attention to detail all around. We always looked forward to coming in from the hectic streets of Napoli and taking refuge in the apartment. We wholeheartedly recommend staying at FAF as a base for exploring this wonderful city. Thanks again Anna and Fabio!

One of the best properties I have ever stayed in. Super clean ( and I am quite demanding), lots of space, quality furniture, beautiful building. You feel home immediately. Moreover you find small drinks and cakes, coffee, tea, shower gel etc… everything you need not to hurry up to the shop after arrival. Center of the city is just behind the corner, the tube across the street. Hosts super responsive and nice.
