The timer of the jaccuzi (stop every minute...) The smell in some rooms.

The water temperature in the shower was fine, though it could have been hotter. However, it was quite suitable for the summer.

The location was excellent, with everything within walking distance, including some great restaurants. The breakfast was impressive, offering a wide selection of options. The room was spotless and well-equipped with a sink, stove, fridge, coffee machine, and a spacious bathroom. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The rooftop features a large jacuzzi, plenty of sofas, deck chairs, and a hammock near the bar, providing a perfect spot to relax. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. There’s an outdoor area where you can enjoy breakfast, which is ideal for smokers.

Location, is a bit out of the centre (about 30 min walk), but that is subjective No freshly squeezed fruit juices (complaint at a very high level) No bar (for an aperitif) No restaurant

The location is quite far from downtown but very close to a metro station (unfortunately, the metro is not yet well developed in Turin). The hotel is located in a quiet area—about 20-30 minutes' walk to downtown.

The room is spacious, the bed comfortable, and the windows well protected against sun and light. The staff is very helpful and communicative. Breakfast offers a lot of choices—particularly the buffet with sweet products, which is excellent (you can even ask a waiter for a hand-made coffee and fresh juice for yourself).

Comfortable hotel with safe parking ten minutes walk from the station. Twenty minutes walking to the city center, although a metro station is five minutes away. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The neighborhood doesn't seem too nice at first, but is lively at night and there are lots of restaurants and bars.
