Nothing that I disliked. Very simple hotel, nothing fancy. Close to the ski lift and will provide you what you need for a ski trip!

The room was small and simple. However, it had a magnificent view of the nearby forest and dramatic Dolomiti cliffs. Breakfast was included which was nice.

We had an issue with our hire car and the staff were incredibly helpful in helping us resolve . Location , views ,balcony superb and the family room is actually two separate rooms so very useful.

The view from our room was amazing. Spent our mornings in bed enjoying the mountain view through our balcony window/ door and listening to the river beneath. Just perfect, couldn't ask for more. To top it up it also snowed like in a fairytale and everything was white. The staff was great, good entartainment, nice food, saunas were brilliant after a day of skying.

This was not really a problem, but it would be nicer if they could set us in tables away from other guests in the dining area, so it feels more private and quiet. The place wasn't busy at all and they sit another 2 groups just beside us. Maybe it was just a coincidence, or maybe it is their local way to do things... we have been in a restaurant nearby and the very same thing happened there.

I have never felt so dear anywhere else, and I've traveled a lot! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, the breakfast was well served (they have the best brioche I ever tried) and their Well-being space is another level: there is a "cold mist" and "tropical rain" shower in the sauna area with aroma & light therapy that amazed myself and my husband, and the Jacuzzi outside with a view to the Alps... These were the best things after a day full of skiing (there's a ski area just a few steps away, very convenient). Also the atmosphere of the place is cozy and welcoming, the bar area made me feel like I was in a movie, the Alpine experience I wished for! I'd definitely come back!

We didn't have ANY wifi in the room - it was in the corridor but as soon as you close your door, it was gone. If you want to safe 30 Euros for one more repeater, you'll get angry customers. So, as unsatisfied customer, here the whole list: - parking is free but we almost were blocked by the other car and couldn't get out - bathroom is extremely small and outdated, you can't even sit on the toilet, no space for your legs! - breakfast could be better, in fact, quite poor - location is outside of everything, no bars, no restaurants around - hotel's restaurant must be bad - we didn't see anyone sitting for the dinner there - for such poor services the price is way too high

There was no dinner available when we stayed. The beds were a little hard and the cleaning was hit or miss - some days our room got cleaned other days it did not. The spa was never turned on.

Unfortunately, I have to be honest as my brother and I were fairly disappointed with the stay. Despite the positive points raised above, there is lots to improve in this hotel. 1) The staff: Firstly, when we entered the hotel to check in, the member of staff present seemed totally confused as to why we were here and unsure about how to check us in. On top of this, there was a complete lack of hospitality - almost as if the staff were doing us a favour by 'letting' us stay. Apart from the breakfast time, there was no information provided (facilities, etc). The four staff present were very young, and naturally inexperienced. Perhaps it is not their fault, but I would really urge the owner and manager to think carefully about better training, and hospitality. Without this, what is the point of running a hotel? You have the opportunity to run a beautiful place, so it 's a huge let down to provide such poor service. 2) Facilities: There is apparently a 'gym' and 'wellness' centre. When we asked the staff the next day about where the gym was, again, they seemed confused and didn't know whether there was a gym. Finally, after back and forth talk, they decided that there was a gym on the floor above and that the opening hours were between 3-6pm. My brother and I got back the next day (weekday) at exactly 3pm only to find that Wellness Centre was closed (which we were told would be open 3-6pm). We were unable to locate the gym, and wondered if there really was one... 3) The rooms: Overall clean but very outdated (assume they haven't been renovated since the 1980s), strange cartoon artwork of naked children on wall. Only two plugs in our room which were too outdated for travel adaptor plugs.

The view and location were fantastic. Our balcony looked over the beautiful mountains!
